The girls there are ignorant towards drive through customers. This place is disgustingly ran. No manager will speak to me, wonder why. The girls who work here hate their lives, probably cuz they came all this way just to work at a and w. But really, all I want is gravy. Its part of the cost. No gravy?? No explanations? Don't come here. Its not worth the aggravation. Don't order here. They will rip you off, and go home like it never happened. 20 years ive been here. Last 3 years they're sure hired some heros. Good job a and w. Id rather drink the fuel at the shell beside it.

Night staff are the best, give them a raise!! Food is always hot, fresh, tastes amazing and doesn’t take long. They are also very friendly here!! Give them all a bonus!! Also the pup Patties are a great idea to help local shelters don’t get rid of them, my dog will hate me!

This is our favourite A&W! Always fresh, hot food (for fast food) and great customer service! Special mention about a young lady named Zainab. She's always full of life, very professional and goes the extra mile to ensure we leave all smiles 😃. My kids actually ask if she's the one when we place an order. Shout-out to the owner...great hires! 😊👍

I go there by drive thru yesterday, firstly they took 5-7 min to took by order and then i came to window they did not serve me and a girl was talking on phone. She was wearing headset and also earpods. i ordered piri piri potato burger and they took 15-20 min to serve me. The food was cold and don’t know how to treat their guest. worst experience

hello/good evening. I didn't want to leave a negative comment but this is too much. Today I went to take an order. Once I arrived I greeted this guy twice. He refused to greet me and looked at me strangely, asked me directly without saying anything what the order number is. I told him the number. Then I asked him I greeted you twice but you didn't answer me so he waved at me (get out). I told him what do you mean? He told me to get out and repeated several times. I told him I had to speak with his manager but when I refused I insisted and he refused. This is not good behavior, this guy is disrespectful, and I wonder if he is not racist because for no reason he speaks badly to me, the place is a public place.
