Watch to make sure your food is fresh! I watched them take back a burger that was messed up, that had LEFT THE BUILDING, they took it back and didn’t throw it out ? I bet they’re going to either sell it or eat it. When I worked in fast food, we gave the messed up orders to the people.. we didn’t resell them ?

I live down the road, been coming here for at least 7 years. Used to be a great place, but now it's gotten horrible.Extremely rude service, miserable people that constantly cut you off on the PA system when trying to order. The people hired here have a disgusting attitude towards paying customers.You completely lost my business with the crummy people you decided to hire.Not to mention the astronomical prices and sloppy put together burgers.Hope it was worth it. Never coming here again

If u could give you zero stars I would. I ordered a beyond meat burger for Uber eats delivery with like every effing toping on it. I had a horrible day and was craving it so bad. When I opened the bag there’s was NO toppings at all, not a single one just the burger and the bun. To whoever made my burger, I hope every item of food u order anywhere is always wrong and they always mess it up. I’m so sad rn I could cry. i just wanted a toppings on my burger. Do better.

Selected a 2 for 1 teen burger for delivery. No indication anything further is necessary to select to take advantage of the deal. When it arrived it was Only one order not doubled up. I called the store where he said another box is needed to be checked off. I was already charged the fees and told him to correct the matter. I asked for his name. He refused to give his name. I used no obscenities in the discussion for correction. He instead hung up on me. I called back and indicated unless he was prepared to correct that matter I would escalate it to head office. He said don’t call and hung up. Shocked that a discussion for correction makes someone behave in this manner. Not even able to be mature enough to provide a name for the discussion? We are often happy with the food, just poorly managed and immature.

Paid $15 for a grandpa burger alone . Ridiculous. Never again. I even had a credit for a flat root beer..maybe they charged me.for it? I wasn't given a receipt. This company is going down hill and it's caused from the insane prices they

One of my favourite places to grab a quick veggie burger. I honestly think A&W has one of the tastiest vegetarian patties out there! This joint does a great job with it, fast too. Tip if you're really hungry, get 2 beyond meat patties, it's worth it!
