I arrived a few minutes early for opening and instead of turning me away, the nice green haired lady welcomed me!! Thank you!!!

Honestly quite shocked by their attitude. I came in my with my two year old and asked for an extra cup to pour some smoothie into for him. And they said they don’t do that. And then the staff proactively let me know if she gives me a cup of water and sees me transfer my paid for smoothie in the plastic cup she “will have to ask me to leave”.Honestly, I was really surprised. I didn’t know that transfer drinks that you paid for is an offence. I have no issue with paying for the extra cup. But really they just want to you to pay for an additional drink.I certainly won’t be going back to this location and will advise family and friends of my experience.

The staff here is very nice. The location is very nice and very clean. When we went, it was not very busy. They have a lot of drinks to choose from. I got the very berry and that was amazing. if you do go to any booster juice location, you should try the very berry and thank me later!

I came here in the evening and my drink had had a leak in the bottom when i got back into my car. I asked the young lady for an extra cup so it wouldn't drip everywhere. I was perfectly okay with that solution, as I hate to waste. She insisted that she would make me a new one instead, which was very thoughtful of her. Very friendly staff. Thank you for a good experience. ?

I came at 1:45pm December 15th. Excellent service the servers were very delightful and pleasant. The atmosphere was super clean and I was very blown away!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. Called to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Called back and was told I could not have a managers name or number to contact customer service. This order was for my work we won’t ever order again. Very disappointed.

This has been one of the worst IF NOT the worst juice place i have ever been to.The juice was watery and had a bitter aftertaste a key factor which suggests that the fruits were most likely expired… I am disappointed but not surprised because frankly after the server’s attitude with me I speculated this juice place will not have the customer’s best interest in mind, and i was right.

Doesn’t taste as good as other BoosterJuices. the matcha monsoon was very un-smoothie like. I recommend the 999 Upper Wentworth St booster juice, I am a regular there and the matcha monsoon always comes out just perfect!! I wanted to give this one a shot but it didn’t satisfy.

unprofessional and unhygienic, the owner is cheap/unauthentic; uses half of the amount of ingredients for smoothies to save money. watery/liquefied smoothies compared to other franchises.

Ordered two drinks last night around 6:15pm. Got one. Girl asked if I was waiting for another, I said yes.They took orders from eight other people, made their drinks and handed them out before even starting my second. I finally got my second drink 20-25min later, my first was fairly melted by that time.Both women working seemed to lack total common sense.

Great staff.
