Excellent pizza, sandwiches, pastries and coffee. Love this place. Would go everyday if I lived in Ancaster. Busy spot, get there early for lunch if you want a table. Staff are super friendly, place is clean and offers frozen take out foods as well.

i have been coming here since they opening to enjoy the amazing pizza and treats aswell as the recent gelato store. lately it feels that service is lacking and maybe they are starting to drop the ball. would be great to come and enjoy it as much as we used to.

The pizzas looked very promising. The ambience was great inside. But the employees /servers were super busy (maybe we came at the wrong time or maybe they were understaffed) it took 15 mins for us to place the order for 5 slices. The slices came rather quickly but were on the colder side. The slices became chewy and hard pretty quickly. Had to replace one slice as it was too hard to eat. The replacement was also not warm enough.
Felt pukish throughout the night..
Overall, came out disappointed as we had high expectations .

Twice now, both pizza orders were not ready for our UBER eats order. Our pop and dips were missing, lack of toppings on portions of the 3 pizzas. Place is going down hill fast. We are done with this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious food, went for lunch. We got a sandwich and a slice of pizza and it might have been the best of both we've ever had.

Just a quick take out visit and grabbed a Superhero sandwich - various cold cuts of meat and cheese, slightly spicy on fresh focaccia bread. Hit the spot and very filling. Pizza slices look devine. When I have more time, I’d like to try their sit down section…their entire menu looks fantastic, especially the pastas and parm.
Decent stop for Italian goodies. Waitress behind the counter was passive aggressive - store was dead and she hustled me to place an order in such a fervent attempt to get me out of her hair. I wonder what she was up to that required my knowing what to order quickly, when I’ve never been here before. I sat down to eat my food and noticed she was just puttering around the counter aimlessly. Not the best or most welcoming service. Food was fair. A bit bread-y and doughy for my taste.

I’ve been here several times. Service is terrible, the kitchen, and staff are extremely disorganized. I’ve placed orders online, with a specified pick up time, food was never ready on time. The last time, my order was never received, I waited 20 minutes only to have someone tell me that there was an issue, and I had to wait another 15 minutes for my pizzas. Honestly, I want to like the place, it has potential. But the food is not worth the aggravation and disappointment. The food quality reflects a lack of effort, not sure if the management is overwhelmed or under experienced. Much better Italian pizzas to be found in the area.
