Saw a scene between employees where it should have been dealt with quietly in the back but instead showed the customers in the front you’re messing up orders.
On top of that you gave me ice cream that was already a basically a milkshake. I know it’s a hot day but handing it to me with the ice cream already made melted mostly I would expect it to look like that in my car sitting not handing to me at the shop and extra tops requested I paid and didn’t receive.

Ordered a blue raspberry misty float and got a lemon lime misty float. Unfortunately didn't have time to wait around for them to fix it. It was pretty disappointing.

This location’s customer service is truly horrific. The location cleanliness is below par very dirty. Will never order a cake or ice cream from this place ever again worth a drive going anywhere else by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been into my entire life stay away.

I ordered a custom cake here and it turned out great. I sent them a slightly grainy looking photo as it was a snapshot of an old TV show. I was worried about how the photo would look on the cake but it looked perfect. The cashier even let me know of a coupon I almost missed out on while scanning my point. Great service and delicious cake!
