This location’s customer service is truly horrific. The location cleanliness is below par very dirty. Will never order a cake or ice cream from this place ever again worth a drive going anywhere else by far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been into my entire life stay away.

I ordered a custom cake here and it turned out great. I sent them a slightly grainy looking photo as it was a snapshot of an old TV show. I was worried about how the photo would look on the cake but it looked perfect. The cashier even let me know of a coupon I almost missed out on while scanning my point. Great service and delicious cake!
Because it was my birthday and because I have signed up to collect their points, I received a free milkshake for my birthday. The offer was valid for the day of my birthday plus 2 more days. On the last day, I ordered it ahead of time (via their app). When I got to the store, I went in, gave them my name, and received my milkshake. The best part was I wasn't asked to purchase anything else. I will definitely continue to go there even when it is not my birthday.
