I am not local to Ancaster but I grabbed a pizza from Domino’s in Ancaster for dinner at home, and I’m blown away! I’ve always been a Gino’s Pizza guy, but this experience has me switching teams. The toppings were super fresh, generously spread across the pizza, and it was baked to absolute perfection. Despite being busy, the staff were incredibly pleasant and made waiting for my order a breeze. Highly recommend giving this Domino’s a try—you won’t be disappointed!

Ordered pickup. Website said it would be ready in 12 minutes. It was 40 minutes. I was the stores only order. One pizza was good however the second pizza was wet, soggy and tasteless. The dessert the cinnamon bites were hard as a rock with little to no icing sugar. Dominoes, what happened??? This brand is starting to be trash.

Ordered from Domino’s on Victoria Day for a family gathering, and it was a complete disaster. The pizza arrived looking off, and within hours, several of us were dealing with stomach issues. It completely ruined the evening and raised serious concerns about food safety at this location.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to the store, the franchise owner responded with a dismissive and condescending message instead of taking accountability. No apology, no real effort to make things right—just attitude.
Extremely disappointed, both with the quality of the food and the poor customer service. Will not be ordering from this location again, and I recommend others steer clear as well.
