Called to place an order for pickup, was given a time which was too long for me as I was in a rush, no big deal. I politely asked to cancel the order and told the worker that I would just come in the get some slices only to literally get hung up on. Super rude. Not sure if they just having a bad day or what but that was terrible customer service.

Our order for a large group was over 25 minutes later than expected for delivery. With small children to feed you can imagine this was an issue. Without even a warning or heads up from the location. If you want business you have to be reliable.
