They often don't taste very good and sometimes mess up my order. Last time I ordered the honeydew smoothie but got a white yogurt-like beverage with no hint of honeydew. The Gong Cha in downtown Hamilton is far superior.

We drive in from Brant County because this is the closest bubble tea shop that we enjoy! There are shops more local to us, but the quality and consistency isn't the same. It's worth the 40-minute round trip for us!

I requested to add tapioca pearls for my Thai mango milktea and there was multiple types of different jelly in it but no pearl. It also took very long time to make 1 drink. Worst place I've ever been.
