This was our first experience today it truly was impeccable. Neil knew the brand inside out, provided insights on the vast selection of teas and offerings, whilst making our beverages with great craft. Next time you’re in, definitely ask for Neil your experience will be uplifted greatly! Nice atmosphere, clean space, and great staff!

Highly recommend the matcha milk tea and the brown sugar boba milk tea they are the best. Staff are always super nice and friendly and you can expect to be greeted right away. They are also accommodating when we asked to change up our order.

They often don't taste very good and sometimes mess up my order. Last time I ordered the honeydew smoothie but got a white yogurt-like beverage with no hint of honeydew. The Gong Cha in downtown Hamilton is far superior.

We drive in from Brant County because this is the closest bubble tea shop that we enjoy! There are shops more local to us, but the quality and consistency isn't the same. It's worth the 40-minute round trip for us!
