We were seated and waited 15 mins before a server showed up. Several tables around us who were seated after us had their drinks. Turned out our server was not even in the restaurant when we arrived.

Service was not great. Didn't have a waitress come over to our table until 15 minutes after we sat down. Ordered a drink and that didnt come until some time after we got our food. The food itself was pretty good

We had been here before and now coming back were pleasantly surprised to see more vegan options, with a whole plant-based section in the menu. One comment- it took over two hours to get our food, which we found to be too long.

Had the chicken lettuce wraps , very disappointed . Chicken was amazing but received iceberg lettuce that was wilted and the core was starting to brown. I honestly found it very difficult to wrap my chicken in it . Ended up just eating the chicken with no lettuce . Maybe Milestones should consider changing the lettuce to romaine .

Great service an amazing server. We had a great night out celebrating and our server made it even better. Super nice and kind! It was a little busy due to the Blue Jays playing, but overall an amazing experience

Ta.ble 31 was a perfect location for a group of 7. Delighted to be able to all be in the same conversation. This is so unusual in a restaurant setting. Our server could not have been more pleasant or helpful. Quite outstanding. The menu and food was pleasing and we will definitely return.

Always been a fan of Milestones but now even more .....weekend BRUNCH!!! Love the Ancaster Milestones from spacious parking lot, big roomy comfortable booths to sit in, friendly and welcoming service (shoutout Paige B for being our server) and then excellent food served hot and plentiful. Clean restaurant that makes you feel at home with a wide selection of choices. We absolutely love it.

It was our wedding anniversary and I noted that when making the reservation. I guess that note got missed because when we arrived they wanted to sit us right beside the entrance to the kitchen. Not exactly the most romantic location. There was another location available. It was so bright though (perimeter booths). Asked if the lights could be turned down a bit... All or nothing. Another table opened up so we were able to move. Just wish someone would have taken the extra effort to support our special occasion. Food was excellent and our server was excellent.
We had the Bruschetta and my husband loved it. The balsamic combined with Asiago was exceptional. The seafood Cobb salad was excellent and so was the Mediterranean chicken. Everything was fresh and flavourful.

Ordered a tbone steak off of DoorDash. It was burnt to a crisp. DoorDash gave me $21 back on a $70 steak and restaurant refused to make me a new one. Pathetic.

Having happily dined at Milestones in Kitchener, I recommended Milestones to friends and the 6 of us dined at the Ancaster location last evening but were quite disappointed. Our server seemed to rush us to order shortly after our 6 pm arrival. Our drinks arrived in quite a reasonable amount of time. However, the martini was served in a dessert glass and was actually warm. We wanted to tell our server but she was nowhere in sight and it was quite some time before she returned. When our food finally arrived approximately 1 1/2 hours after ordering, 2 meals were warm and 1 was actually cold. Very disappointing.
