I went for brunch here, and wanted extra toast for my eggs, our waitress Mary Katherine, was mean and when our toast finally came out my eggs were cold to the touch, and then she proceeded to blame us for it not coming, and because it didn’t come with meal it was our fault even though we asked for extra for the specific meal. We’ve went here many times before and have never had this horrible experience, thanks Mary Katherine for making our brunch horrible.

We went in response to a social media post for a fixed price menu. When we were ordering, we were told that this offer is not available on Saturdays, even though it did not indicate this anywhere on the post. Our very friendly and courteous server went to explain to the manager that we had previous reservations elsewhere, but decided to switch to come here specifically due to this advertised promotion. We appreciated that the manager agreed to honour it for us, however, we feel it was inappropriate to post something without indicating the exclusions. Most of our group enjoyed their meal. Our server was excellent.

We had New Years Day brunch here today. What a pleasure! Lovely atmosphere, our waiter was attentive and pleasant. But the star was the food!!! Just great. Seafood chowder was buttery velvety and good amount of seafood, the avocado toast we shared and decadent! Every meal. Was deelish! Thank you 😊

It twas the night before new years and all through the Milestones was awesomeness. No matter the Milestones in the West or here in Ontario. The food is always great, the servers are amazing and the ambiance is very nice.

I had dinner at Milestones and unfortunately the experience was disappointing. We waited far longer for our food than we actually spent eating it, which made the evening feel dragged out and uncomfortable. The service also felt very emotionless and disengaged, which added to an overall uneasy atmosphere. While the food itself was fine, the pacing and service really took away from the experience.

Went for lunch Saturday with my daughter. Older waitress...didn't catch her name. We placed our order and once she brought our food...we NEVER saw her again. Didn't come to see if our food was good or if we needed refills. She checked on her other tables. When we got our cheque...I did leave a tip but highly regret it. What did our waitress do? Brought an iced tea and our dishes...then brought our cheque. We go out to eat as a treat as its expensive. We work hard for our money...and the experience was ruined by a waitress who didn't do her job correctly. This is why some don't tip. I get it now. Will never tip for rotten service again...not that I would ever come back here. You want good service? Stay away from here. Also notice that management never comments on the MANY low reviews..guess they don't care and are unprofessional..like the waitress.

New owners. Terrible terrible food. Our server was amazing, manager trying her best but obviously new owner does not care. We have been coming here since it has opened. Always amazing service and food. Have not been here since new owner. Food took forever, fish overcooked, veges undercooked, apis came at same time as meal. NOT THE SAME!!!!! Not coming again if new owner does not step up his game.
