I wish there was another closer health food store because this one is the worst! Besides another long previous (unaddressed) complaint, I was in the store recently for a particular brand of cocoa powder and I was charged HST on it. I questioned the clerk and told her there shouldn't be tax, and she just shrugged. Makes me wonder how many other products they are overcharging customers on - but I won't find out; I'm never going back! Won't miss the burley security guard stationed at the entrance/exit check out line either. Very disconcerting.

Will not allow customers to pay cash when their scanners were down. Had to go shop at Sobeys even though I had cash in hand and Healthy Planet employees were more than capable of doing simple math. Very disappointing!
