First time I went to this store and ordered Mango Fiesta Ice cream. Best flavor I ever had. The staff was very friendly. Next time I will try something too. Recommended place.

It was my first time visiting marble slab and I had a wonderful experience! The customer service was brilliant, the owners were so hospitable, warm, friendly and welcoming. The nutella ice cream was delicious- so flavourful and fresh. They have a huge variety of toppings to choose from which were absolutely scrumptious. Musskan who served me was so generous with the amount of toppings in my ice cream and an absolute pleasure to be served by. Everything is made freshly in the store including the waffle cones and bowls. I had my ice cream in a waffle bowl which was super crispy and delightful. If you’re looking to enjoy delectable handcrafted ice cream with abundant crunchy toppings then you must visit this amazing location. I will definitely be returning- the best ice cream, fantastic customer service and beautiful store with incredible cleanliness! The ambiance is phenomenal- so spacious and greatly maintained. A huge shoutout to the lovely management of this store- you are doing a spectacular job!

I stopped by this location earlier in the evening and was very pleased with my experience. The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly, and they were so patient while my family & I were indecisive about which icecream to choose. They offered great recommendations that made the decision much easier for us. The icecream itself was some of the best I ever had.. it tasted so fresh and creamy. The atmosphere was clean and inviting, which honestly shocked me compared to how it used to be. That’s when I learned they’re under new management, and you can truly see the difference in the quality, cleanliness, and friendliness of the place. 10/10 service, my family and I will be coming to this location from now on

I’ve been a frequent customer here for a while now and every time has been nothing short of amazing. I’ve been to a bunch of different Marble Slab’s and have found that this location offers more of a variety including the non-dairy options too! The staff are always very welcoming here. They have even learned my friend’s usual order! As somebody who never knows what combination to get, they never make you feel rushed and are always ready with suggestions or samples. Overall, i’ve been met with pleasant service, great ice cream, and smiles all around.
This is the best marble slab I’ve been to! They have tons of dairy free options - the most out of the locations I’ve been to. The staff are amazing and make the visit even more enjoyable. I’d recommend this location to anyone looking for some great ice cream :)

Just had a very negative experience with a super snarky staff member here. Also not very pleased to see the store is now not allowing customers to get their own products out of the fridge the staff has to handle it for you. This place is overpriced. Fluctuations in the temperature of the freezer do not change whether a customer opens it or a staff member opens it
