We have ordered through the website two big ice cream cakes for my daughter's first birthday. I have received a call the day after submitting my order to finalize details and I must say that they went above and beyond to meet my request, knowing that my daughter has a swallow issue and that ice cream is the only cake she could get. I am very thankful for the friendliness of the person on the phone and for the beautiful cakes we got to enjoy the day of the celebration. Both of them looked beautiful and were delicious. Had the worst ice cream at this marble slab location. The ice cream tasted overly frozen. The toppings were even worse . Marshmallows were crunchy and the brownie had a bitter taste to it. They need to take better care in ensuring the quality of ice cream they serve.

Picked up a cake here today and decided I needed a cone too. The waffle cone tasted like old French fry oil and ruined the taste of the ice cream. We have always had luck with the cakes but won’t ever have a cone from here again
