Crazy busy place. Wanted to use an app offer so ordered the new Passionfruit Orange Guava smoothie. It was AWESOME! Just needed a beach umbrella, some sand and surf, and I’d be transported to the Caribbean! Delicious. Note: the snack size McFlurry is small for the price. Staff was great-shout out to Manager Mike who was pitching in alongside the staff and was very helpful. Definitely recommend having the McDonald’s app to get great rewards and offers. Careful-Drive thru is pretty awkward here!

I went to this location last night. To use the Raptors Free Fries coupon.
It was not honored, and employee said I can get it if I order 2 cheese burgers.
I was charged $6.50 which didn't make sense. And he said "Trust me"
I paid. When eating- very stale cold fries....and a cheese burger with no meat.
McDonald's quality and service is none existent.

A few weeks ago I went in a few minutes before closing, there was 2 managers, one was very friendly and polite while the other got about a inch from my face and told me to leave this instant, I think I was acting in a polite way trying to be as respectful as I can because I use to work at a McDonald's and know no one likes a bad customer, the polite manager apologized and said the tills are closed and said if I wanted to order it would have to be in the drive through, which is fine but the other manager followed me out maintaining about 2 inches behind me, the employees seemed nice and understanding, I smiled and apologized multiple times and got on my way, but I can't get over the aggressive hostile manager, it was November 22nd at about 10:45pm if any general managers see this please look into the managers on shift

The girl who was giving the orders was rude. To every single client. With some mean attitude and gestures. And also was touching the cups before feeling with drinks inside with her hands and no gloves. Super weird behavior. Maybe she was tired but anyway, she’s at work and providing a service. Also every single table was dirty. I came around 10 pm, all tables were dirty.

The app shouldn’t allow you to place an ice cream if the machine is being cleaned. Be consistent please.
Not to mention the drive-thru is set up in such a way that you can’t leave one you’re informed they can’t fill your order, so we were stuck for 15 minutes in a drive-thru *just so we could leave.*

McDonald's: where your dreams of fast food are sometimes fast, but mostly just food. I walked in with high hopes and an empty stomach, only to be greeted by a line that seemed to stretch all the way to my childhood. Finally, it was my turn to order the legendary Big Mac, and I was pretty sure I saw a tumbleweed roll by as I waited for my food.
When my meal finally arrived, I couldn't help but chuckle at the limp fries that seemed to have given up on life. The burger? Let's just say it looked like it had been assembled by someone who mistook "creativity" for "chaos." But hey, the pickles were in there, somewhere, hiding like little green surprises.
Overall, my McDonald's experience was like a rollercoaster of culinary emotions—thrilling in anticipation, but a little jarring on the stomach. Still, it was an adventure worth having, if only for the stories and the heartburn. 🍔🍟

These guys operate the slowest driver thru in whole Hamilton, I’m talking about 25+min wait time, day/afternoon/night. The great part is U CANT EVEN GET OUT OF THE LINE IF U WANTED TO. I would have given 0 stars if I could have.
