I’ve never had better customer service at a mcdonald’s before!! The young man Randel was super kind to me, I stutter and I usually get rushed by the drive through workers but Randel was really kind and patient and made me feel comfortable taking my time to order. Good Job Mcdonald’s, and good job Randel!

Had a good timeThere was an older couple that came in with a box of Tim Horton donuts, and her husband went to get an extra large coffee and an extra cup, so they can share the coffee. So funny and no one at McDonalds even noticed lol

I don’t understand how they can consistently be this poorly run. 15-20mins in drive thru just to be parked, always a wrong order. This isn’t a one off. As a former employee at another store I have higher expectations.

Apparently this store is privately owned, so everything costs more. My simple cup of tea cost 20% more here. Not impressed.
I’m not gonna lie I don’t expect much when going to McDonald’s in general there’s always something but today …. Let’s just say whoever was working around 11:30 needs to get a raise the food was the best I’ve gotten here

Service was great, location was clean, but I hadn't visited McDonald's in so long that I'd completely forgotten how abysmal the burgers are. Fries are still excellent though.When I was younger I'd tolerate overcooked, flavourless patties because of the rock bottom prices, but now? We got 2 combos and an additional burger and payed almost $50.There is no way their brand is worth these prices. I'll have to say no thanks to going back to any McDonald's for a burger at these prices.

It's one of the worst in Hamilton. There is a short brown lady manager. She is very rude and arrogant she didn't even apologize after they got my order wrong. She doesn't know what customer service is. She doesn't deserve to be a manager.
