Terrible. It says 24 hours yet the staff won't answer the drive through. I saw her in the window just staring. Why be there? Just close the drive thru then. What's the point of staring at someone trying to order food idiot.

Located in the labyrinth of stores & parking lots within Ancaster's "Smart Centres" aka Wal-Mart & co. Drive thru is busy day & night till close, but restaurant is usually quiet. Dining area always tidy & so are washrooms. There's a private accessible washroom and entrance/exits are suitable for wheelchairs. Food is like any other Mc D's, and service is usually good, but staff don't always notice people waiting to order if drive thru is busy---order on the kiosk to avoid this. Wi-Fi is fast & most tables have plugs if your phone is dying. Staff are always nice & curiously upbeat, even at 6am! Many are students working part time so cut them some slack, nobody's perfect every day.
Vegetarian options: Not many veg choices here---it's a Mc D's, after all. Fries?
Kid-friendliness: Good place to bring the kids, but no play area like the bigger Mc D's
Normally don’t eat at McDonalds, mostly just their coffee (really enjoy that) freshly brewed) and other beverages. But on this occasion’s 12/14/2024 about 3:15 P.M. wife & I were up at the Giant Tiger/ Longo Supermarket Plaza, we got a bit hungry. Went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 Filet-O-Fishes and some beverages. Got the beverages, and were asked to park at the Reserved Spot for McDonalds and someone would bring our food to the car. Staff was friendly and accommodating on this occasion. When the food arrived, the Filet-O-Fishes were freshly made, hot, fresh and tasty. Lots of tartar sauce with a piece of melted cheese on a fresh bun. It was so fresh, it literally burned my mouth biting into it. This was a rare experience for a fast food restaurant, and the bonus was during this period, both Governments had lifted the GST and HST on take-out foods. Kudos to the Management, at this franchise store, seemed the employees actually cared about their employment, compared to other McDonalds I’ve been at.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. They messed up the size of one of our coffees and as I’m saying “sorry we ordered a medium not a small” the employee closed the drive thru window and walked away.
