Stopped in last night for a coffee while passing thru the area, picked it up in the drive thru, went on my way, about 3-4 blocks down the road had a sip and it wasnt even hot on top of that it was burnt and didnt even taste good, was not impressed, stopped 15 minutes later on the ride else where for a other coffee which was made right. Get your shit together not everyone can come back to get their item remade

Walked to this location as I came to deliver at nearby store at night so cannot take a big truck in the drive thru and was told they don't open door at night only drive thru.
Can you fix your open hours on Google maps as it says the access is open till midnight.

Bad customer service for they’re drive thru, it’s like they’re not taking there customers seriously especially during a time that’s not even busy at 10:20pm. Girl messed up my order 4 times. First nailing my order down , then giving me the correct items. If I weren’t to look into my bag I would’ve had left with being pissed off knowing it wasn’t there. How do yall forget the right amount of nuggets gave me 6?.. When I said very clearly 10piece chicken nuggets meal. Didn’t even give me my medium fries or charged me for it. Nor gave me my drink which I’ve said medium fuze no ice.. and forgot the sauces too. When I confronted the coworkers they all looked clueless. And lol I’ve worked at McDonalds for 4years that can do a better job, please do better. Because I was shocked. How you could mess up 4 items and usually when someone messes up my order only once I don’t really care. And don’t be giving you’re customers no attitude either.

Went to check on the new item. McVeggie. Ordered the spice version and will not regret ordering it. Very good and the burgers is vegetarian not synthetic meat version. Will sure get it again. The staff were friendly and sounded genuine. They wanted our opinion and mentioned that veg options will be permanent. We sure support it

Very poor experience at this McDonald’s. A staff member named Showin is rude and makes ordering through the drive-thru unnecessarily frustrating by constantly asking customers to repeat their order. His communication is unclear and unprofessional. I have also witnessed concerning behavior suggesting orders may be tampered with if customers complain. Totally unacceptable. This location needs serious improvement in staff training and customer service.

Unreal experience outta this location. Originally went to the dons in meadowlands, but they only had one Apple pie. We immediately pulled out of their drive thru and called this location. We were wonderfully greeted by LIVVY. She was down to earth and immediately offered to toss some in the oven for us, huge play. When we showed up she had written on the boxes with sharpie and had the pies ready for us. Not sure Livvy’s role but she absolutely dominates it, and needs to be promoted immediately. HUGE player in this franchise, will be visiting again.
Breakfast burritos were very cold. Sausage McMuffin’s burnt. For the prices they charge this is upsetting.
