Went shopping at Walmart and stopped for some McDonald's. As parents with a busy toddler, I dropped one of my fries, and Sean came out and noticed that I was picking it up and told me he would grab me another. He was so patient and very polite. He even took the time to talk with my 3 year old, who was saying hi and showing him the hot wheels trucks he got. Honestly recommend this McDonald's always has the best customer service and the food is always made and looks amazing. Burger was made up with nothing hanging off the bun. Thank you for everything. Big shot out, and thank you to Sean. Sure made this mama's night

Ridiculous waited over 10mjns for a hamburger while I watched the store manager prepare Uber orders ahead of people waiting in line. I have had many issues in the past and feel this location has poor customer service and under staffed. 3 people working and that’s including the franchise owner/manager. I will forward a letter to upper management at Mc Donald’s. Furthermore the done area is always dirty with food on the floor. You should pay bettter attention to the paying customers inside the store and not Uber orders that are not even there to be picked up. Horrible.

My husband just pulled the largest ball of blonde hair out of his large fry. We all have dark hair here….. absolutely disgusted and won’t be going to this location again. Also your front male staff looked absolutely furious for some reason and was not very welcoming at all.

The manager Amy was a complete and total tool. Super rude. I went into this location and ordered 2 mcdoubles and a juniour chicken. It took 23 minutes to complete the order while there was nobody in the restaurant except myself. After i ordered around 15 minutes in, Amy asked if i was waiting for anything. I informed her that id been waiting 15 minutes which is when she informed me “uh, yeah, food takes a while to be cooked. “ super rude for no reason. I informed her i would be posting this and she couldnt wait for me to do it, practically begging me to do it. So, here you are Amy, you tool. Here is your negative review. I hope it brings you as much joy to read as it brought me to write.
