Mist Restaurant & Lounge

I recently visited Long Hookah Bar and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. / walted around 25-30 minutes just for a Coke, which felt too long since it didn't seem very busy, I also ordered a Red Bull and a cup of tea, and those took about 25 minutes as well. When I asked about the delay, 1 was told they were busy, but I noticed staff talking for quite a while. I understand delays can happen, but better communication and faster service would improve the experience. I hope the customer service gets better in the future.

Great food overall, I’m very happy with what was served. I truly wish to come again soon. The food is very clean, there was many options to choose from. Overall great food try it out if you’re in the area. Thank you, Mist!

Everything was amazing!! Yousif took great care of us and made sure our food and shisha was made to our liking. He was also kind enough to offer us some cake on the house as well. Overall, the food was delicious, service was amazing and we all were able to have such an enjoyable conversation with Yousif as well. Thank you for having us and we’ll definitely be back!!

The food itself was okay. However, the restaurant management and staff were not accommodating and the behaviour was unacceptable. Our food came after a LONG 2 hour and half wait and MULTIPLE reminders that we were still waiting to be served. And we were not a walk-in, we had a reservation, specifically for a birthday. When asked to simply bring our cake out that we brought in ourselves, it took an astounding 30 minutes, to move it from the kitchen to our table. The manager/owner was dismissive of our complaints and it seemed we were not taken seriously because our group was younger girls. The disrespect was astounding and the environment was unpleasant after this. Only one waiter who came to us at the end was helpful, Yousef. Everyone else was rude, dismissive, and the wait to much to long for a restaurant which was not even at full capacity. The worst service I had ever received, especially from the owners.

This lounge is so cute, the food was superb. Yousif our server was such a sweetheart. It was my first time coming i will definitely return.
