Hello Management,I was waiting at the front desk for almost 25 minutes but nobody could help me and ask for seat.Before leaving the restaurant, one of the staff member asked me not to ever come this restaurant again.What sort of customer service is this and treatment towards ppl ?

Seems like my review got taken down? Had a very disappointing experience today in Etobicoke! We will not be back! I could leave a long list of staff being rude! Tables being dirty,Policies all of a sudden being told to certain customers?Considering 2 people at the table have been in the restaurant business for over 25 years I was shocked how we and another table were treated! The other table also mentioned they were never coming back as well! I’m sure this review will also be taken down!

First visit - ordered the avocado toast. Avocado did not exist but rather a smear of guacamole- perhaps a teaspoon. Waitress totally uninterested and unattentive. Surprised this was a chain. Won’t visit again!

Love it! The food is good, the space is bright and cheerful, but the real standout is the staff. We go frequently and every single experience is positive from the waitlist system to the dining experience. We usually attend as two but recently came with ten on a Saturday as close to after 1pm as possible. This is really tough for staff but they did a bang up job to accommodate us for a special occasion and we are SO appreciative. We promise to come as a pair next time :) I really appreciate the selection of breakfast items. The fresh juice drinks are yummy and I fully admit to some decadent Sunday mornings where we have the food delivered to our house. Love you guys. Don’t change a thing please :)

First time going to Pur & Simple, pricing was as expected, between $16-$20 for the items I was looking at, however, the portions were huge.The breakfast potatoes were one of the best I've ever had. They were soft on the inside with a very minimal crisp on the outside and a nice seasoning.I got the Simple Eggs Benedict and it was very delicious. I usually don't finish everything on a plate, but this time was the exception. It was so good.My wife got the mish mash omelet and the thing was half of the large plate. She ate half and took the rest to go.Would definitely recommend this placeParking: Lots of parking available in front and around the restaurant

I was out for breakfast here with my parents on Saturday morning and it was amazing!! We had to wait for a table but that’s totally normal on a busy Saturday morning and the hostess was so great at communicating with us. Our server Alison was so great!! She was kind and so quick. The food was very delicious as well. Thanks for a great experience!

Everything was amazing. The food was delicious, service speed met expectations given how busy they were and staff were incredibly friendly. A couple of my add-on sides were missed by the kitchen, and without even asking they were taken off the bill and still delivered to me. We will absolutely be back!

This restaurant was amazing. My time here was well-spent with a couple of friends. I chose 2 eggs with turkey bacon. The food was phenomenal. The service was incredible. Slow at times but they were more than apologetic. My glass was slightly dirty, but they made up for it by giving an extra slice of rye. The bathrooms were pleasant and to top it all off there was a cute baby in the booth next to us making faces in the glass partition.

A nice and cozy place. Nice ambiance, unfortunately we went on a Saturday for breakfast and since it was full, there was no room to move around, and the tables were so close to each other that it was possible to chat with your neighbors. The food was good, and the service was fast.
