Placed an order online, three pizzas and boneless wings. Two pizzas were fine, third pizza ordered was a Triple Crown plus Maple Bacon (+$2.79) on the thin crust. Received the pizza on the regular pan crust (not cooked through). Called to have it fixed and replaced to receive the Triple Crown on the thin crust without the Maple Bacon I paid extra for. But, thanks for the “free” dipping sauce to make up for the first error.

ordered on the website, they took $32 from my bank account, then told me my order has failed and i wont receive my pizza. never got food or a refund, calling the store didnt help either.

Don't order the stuffed crust, it's not melty cheese and it stays like a cheese string around the crust. Wish I didn't waste the money on the stuffed crust. Pizza is fine, it's what you would expect from Pizza Hut, no complaints there- wasn't expecting gourmet...

Wanted to take advantage of their "$5 Deal". First medium came to $21, second pizza was $7 because I ordered a Hawaiian (the $5 deal is only for a two topping pizza, which of course a Hawaiian is, Ham and Pineapple). Still can't believe that a medium pizza is $21! Assume they increase that price in order for the second pizza to seem cheaper. Pass!

Pick up 2 large pizzas at the ancaster location. They were soggy and cold. Very disappointing. We ended up having to go and pick up pizza from another restaurant. Don’t think I will be going back to Pizza Hut.

The manager at this Pizza Hut went above and beyond for us. We were having 26 people for a family get together and he's the only Pizza Hut that would bother to take our order and deliver it. It was a $135 order and the Upper James store and the Caledonia store wouldn't deliver to us as we are out of their delivery zone. I talked further to the Ancaster store and we were out of there's too but he came through for us. I just want to say thank you again for making our family get together most enjoyable without anyone having to leave to pick up our delicious pizzas.Laurie and Bob
