I ordered pizza around 7pm, I was told it would be delivered around 7:45pm. I saw the order being updated and the process, when the driver picked it up, it said “enjoy your food, it has been delivered”. I didn’t think anything of it. I called at 7:55 and the worker said there was a mix up, it would be there In five minutes. I called back at 8:15, no answer, 8:20, no answer, then 8:30 The employee told me that there was a mix up,8 would have the pizza in five minutes and he was going to let the manger talk to me. He told me the food would be here in five minutes and he would give me 10$ off next time I ordered. There was a mix up and they delivered my food to another house, but they have it back at the store and will send it back to me I said that the pizza was now 90 minutes old, and who knows how long it would be until we actually had it. I was very disappointed and won’t order from there again.

We used to order from here all the time. Tried the new Nashville pizza which was not good at all and got sick. Order was missing items.. I filled out an email survey about my experience and nobody responded. It used to be our go to but has declined over the years.
