My experience here was not thr best. I ordered for takeout and when I called i asked for extra hoison sause and they said that would be fine. When I got there the food was still not finished but I made sure I ask again if I could have some extra sauce again they said it would be fine so I got the food and took it home and started to eat and there was no forks no sauce and I also order chicken Skewers and it eas no where to be found. But the food was really good but not fairly priced for the amount of the food they give you in your dish. For the amount of the missing items I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Over charged me, which is fine, mistakes happen. They then told me they were unable to refund me on the machine or give me cash back because there was no manager present. Strange but no worries. Took my information so they could e-transfer me. Followed up two weeks later and was reassured it would be sent soon. Has been about two months now and still nothing.

Order take out and they dont take credit card, Have to do e-transfer to the cashier, it is very inconvenient as I dont often have debit card with me all the time and I am using credit card to accumulate points for flight tickets. . I maynot come back to this restaurant

The two vegan options are delicious and the service is good. I hope that there will be more options in the future but I am happy they have a separate section for ordering. They are also accommodating and cater to dietary restrictions.

Great service from Royal Pho. Unfortunately, food was underwhelming. The one thing to point out is that the chicken in the rice dish had a teriyaki sauce, which is not a standard way to prepare this dish. Both the grilled chicken and grilled pork did not have the smoky aromas. Pho was good and full of toppings.
Pad Thai was delicious, plenty of food, lots of peanuts. Service was friendly. Will definitely return.
