Prices are higher than other grocery stores, and quality is not equally higher. Their "sales" or "deals" almost made things the same price as other stores (food basics, no frills, freshco, metro) we were in the area and only needed a few things. Probably won't go again.

Done! Been coming here for birthday cakes for years. Now they do not write Happy Birthday on the same cake/cookie they have for years and also do not give candles that they used to do This is fine if you tell people you do not anymore rather than take the pre order and say nothing until pickup. Attitude of staff was rediulous and a simple window dressing "sorry" doesn't help. Food is over priced for quality anyways. Just simply done with this Grocery Store.

This place is great. A bit pricey , but worth it. Staff is incredible and polite. The butchers in the meat department are knowledgeable and helpful. Jesse who does the carts is the best , you can tell when he isn’t working. No one does them like he does. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly. 10/10 recommend.

The cashier, Anastasia P, was extremely rude and unhelpful. She speaks to you as if you’re annoying her. Completely unacceptable. She needs an attitude adjustment. Merry Christmas!

I have started to shop more at Sobeys to collect Scene Points. They have great selections of regular grocery options and fresh hot & cold options at the Deli Counter. I love their pre-made dinner options, which are always fresh and inventive. Cashiers assist with bagging groceries and don't fill bags too heavy. I love collecting Scene points and have earned enough to purchase at least 6 $250.00 gift cards over the past few years, which helps ease the financial burden of purchasing fresh food.
Never coming back here again This is my first time here My sister’s card wasn’t working So I had to pay the rest with cash, and the cashier man was being very rude and slamming his hands and kissing his teeth And there was a lady waiting and she was being very kind and patient, but I don’t know what the cashiers problem was And I think he was the supervisor or the manager whoever he was he was giving me my sister a very mean look and he was telling the cashier that he needs to get things moving and then he walked away, giving us a really bad look. And once the cashier cashes us out, I told him that he did not need to do all of that that was rude and disrespectful, and I told the other man too There is no reason to have an attitude and slam your hand and kiss your teeth at customers None of them even said sorry they just said have a good night Like are you kidding me I should’ve went back in and take a picture of them, but I just wanted to get out of there
The cashier was a skinny Indian man with black hair and he was at the very end
The other man was a white bald man wearing a gray shirt
Never going back And I never had this experience until now

Used to be a great store. However, week after week they do not have the sale items listed in their flyer. It could be that this location has extremely poor logistics, however, it feels like they just try and pull and bait-and-switch.
