Prices are higher than other grocery stores, and quality is not equally higher. Their "sales" or "deals" almost made things the same price as other stores (food basics, no frills, freshco, metro) we were in the area and only needed a few things. Probably won't go again.
This place is great. A bit pricey , but worth it. Staff is incredible and polite. The butchers in the meat department are knowledgeable and helpful. Jesse who does the carts is the best , you can tell when he isn’t working. No one does them like he does. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly. 10/10 recommend.
I have started to shop more at Sobeys to collect Scene Points. They have great selections of regular grocery options and fresh hot & cold options at the Deli Counter. I love their pre-made dinner options, which are always fresh and inventive. Cashiers assist with bagging groceries and don't fill bags too heavy. I love collecting Scene points and have earned enough to purchase at least 6 $250.00 gift cards over the past few years, which helps ease the financial burden...
