I have been coming to this Starbucks for years and, genuinely, the reason I keep coming back is Susan. She is the absolute best! She is so kind and friendly with everyone, even when it’s busy. Coming here simply to be graced with her presence for 45 seconds is one of my favourite parts of my day! Thank you Susan for being you and thank you to whoever hired her! :)

I love the group of people this location has! They're all so incredibly friendly and they really try their best. They get crazy busy around 11-1p because of schools so I always like to come before that.
I would always recommend this location because no matter what kind of day I'm having they always treat me with respect and kindness so I do so in return .
Though they could use some new patio furniture- its kind of terrifying to walk past

I didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to mobile order and show up in the drive through before it was ready. I showed up two minutes after I ordered, and told the drive thru girl I had a mobile order. Her tone with me was very rude and sarcastic “yup, we haven’t started it yet”, she said. Then I get to the window and I can hear multiple workers talking about me and complaining about how I just showed up, all frustrated and angry. I would have been fine with being told that I made a mistake and made their job harder, if it was approached with kindness. I hope the staff here can learn to be more patient and kind with customers, it’s not the first time i have felt mistreated and ridiculed at this location by staff.

I’ve always had a good experience at this store in the past but today I had to deal with Entee at the drive thru. My fiancé was ordering for me and was a bit confused but still managed to ask for it correctly. Entee began to speak over the employee who was taking the order and was incredibly condescending and had a really bad attitude. When I asked to speak to him at the window he was so rude I could not believe it. He talked over me the whole time, handed out my drink and ushered me out of the drive thru without even taking my payment. After all of that attitude he had made the drink wrong. What a terrible employee. This guy should not be working in customer service.
Terrible customer service. I placed a mobile order while waiting in the drive-thru line with about six cars ahead of me. The app gave me a pickup time of 25 minutes. When I got to the speaker and let them know I had just placed a mobile order a few minutes earlier, I was told I might have to wait.
I don’t mind waiting, but I don’t understand why placing a mobile order would make the wait longer than if I had just ordered at the speaker. In fact, by ordering ahead, I gave them about 4 minutes more notice than I would have otherwise.
When I got to the window, I waited another 5 minutes—long, but I didn’t complain. Then, when the employee handed me my drink, she said (rudely), “It would be appreciated if you could’ve given more notice on your order next time.” I asked, genuinely curious, how that would be any different than just ordering at the speaker. She explained that mobile orders are placed in a completely separate queue now, as part of a new Starbucks policy.
Frankly, this policy makes no sense. If anything, mobile ordering should be more convenient for both staff and customers, not less. Orders should be sorted based on when customers arrive at the speaker, like at McDonald's. I've never had issues there.
While I feel for the employees having to work under such a frustrating system, it’s not the customer's responsibility to adapt to a flawed policy. If I had actually placed my order 25 minutes ahead like she suggested, then sat in a 20-minute line (like I did yesterday), I’d be furious by the time I got to the window.
That said, shoutout to the friendly man this initially greeted me at the window who asked about my weekend—he was kind and represented the level of customer service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
I’m not writing this out of anger or pettiness. This happened hours ago, and I was polite the entire time. I just want to spread awareness about how frustrating this policy is. I’ve seen other reviews mention it too, so I hope Starbucks listens and makes changes soon.
I ordered a chai latte from this Starbucks and it was honestly very disappointing. It tasted like plain milk and water with almost no chai flavor at all, as if they forgot to add the chai latte powder. It was completely tasteless and not what I expected. Very bad experience.

I ordered on the mobile app as i always do, clicked the drive thru pick up options and after around 10 minutes I arrived at the drive through. There was about 5 cars ahead of me and when i got to the order screen I said i ordered online and was there to pick it up. the worker said the order was not ready and i would need to loop around until the order is ready. i frequently go to starbucks and this has never been a request. I said what would be the difference if i was to wait behind the people why was everyone else served but i have to continue looping around because i ordered online? She told me it was a new policy that the mobile orders have to wait in a different queue…. spoiler alert i called customer service and this is NOT a Starbucks policy. This is truly poor customer service and treatment by the employees here, i will not be returning to this location.

After spending $40, driving home and finding out my order was wrong…. Had to drive back only for them to say they would make me another one…. Proper customer service would be a refund and a complimentary drink(that they got incorrect)
