The service here is awfulI came here for over a year and the drive thru woman,Susan would get pissy if I mentioned my drink was wrong when I asked for a macchiato upside down and I would get it not upside down. And so I left.. then just today we were in the area and I wanted the new summer berry refresher, and thought ok - they can’t mess this up l. Got a trenti and fought with them about a lid - I wanted the sippy cup lid as o hate using paper straws “and they’re like nope they don’t fit” - I just got one yesterday, a trenti, at the golf links location with a SIPPY lid - the customer service here is flipping awful

Came by to order drinks at 8:50pm on Monday January 8 and the store was already closed. Not cool. Perhaps staff should be paid for time spent after closing time so they close at the proper time, or trained that you can still make a drink in 5 minutes at 8:50 as easy as you can earlier in the day. Cleaning everything early and then refusing service is poor customer service. If you want to be out by 9am, then post store hours as closing at 8:30pm. This is my regular Starbucks and I have come at this time after my daughters dance class before with no issue. ????

Came here with my homie BanSauRieng and we stumbled upon the dynamic duo known as the rizzler and sharooz. Naturally, we as people tend to not really talk too much to strangers, but you can tell by their vibe that coffee is their mama jama. Laughs were exchanged, pink drinks were consumed. It was overall a good time

Loud music, flies on most of the cookies at the display. Waited 3-4 ministers with four staff behind the counter without anyone asking us anything. Disappointing!

I'm editing my review. When I said I was never coming back, well I got talked into it. The server went above and beyond to make our drinks and the effort was so very much appreciated. Friends tell me that there's been a change in staff and it's now a super-friendly, always-makes-it-right location. So please ignore the rest of this.First and last time coming here. Was overlooked by Megan for (exactly)10 minutes, then told off like a child for not speaking up. Then I got dirty looks and attitude when I asked for my coffees, which had been sitting there the whole time (mobile order), to be remade. Megan should not be working in customer service.
