Please teach your employees (specifically the ones who work cash) how to properly take cash orders that are being loaded on. Too many mistakes being made and it’s costing the customers.

Two coffees 13.00 and no where to sit and enjoy it because students and people using their laptops or the free wifi are hogging all seating space. One person takes a table of 4 and puts their backpack and books on the chairs. Half of them purchase no products. Ridiculous.
