I had a very frustrating experience at this Starbucks location.

I went in to buy two protein drinks and asked the employee (Maya) if they had protein drinks with no sugar. She told me they had three flavors. I said “okay,” asked her to help the next customer, and stepped aside briefly to confirm with my friend.

When I came back, there was only one person standing there and I stood behind them. When Maya looked at me, I said I had decided on my order. She responded by telling me to “go stand in the line,” even though I was already in line. She then asked me to step out and go back, and while I was doing that, more people arrived.

I explained that I had already been standing there before the others, but she insisted that I go to the very end of the line. At that point, I got upset and sat down.

Later, I returned and asked if someone else could help me. Another employee assisted me and told me they actually did not have the protein drinks available at all, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.

The lack of clear communication and poor customer service really ruined the experience.

If i can give negative stars I would. They didnt make the gingerbread iced Chai correctly. We tried to get it fixed a blonde lady came up and said they got rid of that topping its just pumpkin spice topping now. But our Chai was regular with no extra foam or anything. I just got a gingerbread iced Chai latte the other day when they launched from a different location made right. I tried to be calm about it but the lady gaslighted saying they got rid of the gingerbread spice okay but that doesn't make it right you didnt make it correctly. I showed the picture I had to prove that she was incorrect but she kept saying yeah they got rid of it and wouldn't answer why it doesn't taste like gingerbread. Starbucks is expensive and a treat for some which is why I am upset the drink I was looking forward to while book shopping wasn't made right at a premium cost. This is Saturday November 8 at 1:22pm shorter blonde lady was wearing black starbucks shirt. Terrible service not my fault your busy and I tried being nice and just wanted my drink made correctly. I will be trying to take this to corporate as well with the email even if nothing comes of it. Treat people with respect. Don't gaslight them. Be nice. 15 dollars for 2 drinks that were made incorrectly is horrible.

The drink I mobiled was wrong, so I asked the Barista to remake it apologizing for the inconvenience. She took it back, but instead of remaking it she dumped the entire beverage into the blender and re-blended it with new syrup. That’s pretty unhygienic, especially since I told her I tried the drink first before saying it was wrong. I was disappointed by the lack of health and safety standard. I understand making the drink wrong, that happens, not a big deal. Especially since my drink is from the blended beverage menu, so it gets made wrong often. But how many times has she done that?

Lovely baristas and great atmosphere! Always a great place to sit and enjoy a snack while I get some work done.

Cody is the exact type of barista you want first thing in the morning, afternoon, or evening. His energy is infectious. You can feel how much he loves his job, coffee and people he serves. There aren’t too many people like him in service. If you get the chance to interact with him, consider yourself lucky❤️

The staff are friendly at this location. But the place is filthy! The floors, tables, chairs. Attempted to study/work there a few times, but it’s never a good experience. Cleanliness is clearly not a priority for this location.
