Location is constantly dirty. Food, crumbs etc all over the tables and floors. Not appetizing to have to clean your own table before eating. Starbucks has lost it.

I always try and order on the app for in store pickup. Food and coffee are always made quick and correct
I ordered the tomatoe and mozzarella on focaccia. It tasted good but it was TINY and presentation of it was very sloppy.
ALSO! THERE IS NO ACCESSIBLE WASHROOMS! which is outrageous to me. I had my baby stroller and it was very difficult, not to mention how non inclusive to our wheelchairchair/ACCESSIBLE community. Very disappointing.

Another horrible Starbucks that is soon going out of business. The new CEO may be able to change the menu and its price (even its service although I doubt staffs’ rude manner) but won’t be able to change people’s mind.
The best Starbucks ever, very spacious and cozy seating area. Not too busy and the Baristas are very polite and friendly. They always greet with a smile and are very good at their job. Their customer service skills are amazing and all of them are young but I am always impressed by the professionalism they all possess and it’s always wonderful to see well mannered Teenagers. More Power to the Young Baristas showing kindness and making the world a better place and also to the Manager who is training them to be this amazing at making such an impact.
Special Shoutout to today’s Barista ERIN Whose kindness and empathy made my day better with a gesture of kindness but it made such a positive impact on my day. Way to go and no one can stop a human from just moving higher and higher in their career.
