Wish I could give it a BIG ZERO!!! Loveee Longos and the collaboration with Starbucks. I literally used to go every day until I was attacked verbally by the manager at Starbucks in front of my 8 year old daughter. I like to customize my drink and the manager gets annoyed whenever I order which in itself was disrespectful but because I love the hot plate at Longos and the convenience of getting Starbucks I took her attitude every single time. That day in particular they didn’t have any strawberries and she yelled at me. Isn’t that the point of Starbucks? To be able to customize your order? Now after that altercation she refuses to serve me and both her and the other full time staff laugh and whisper whenever I come into the store which then makes me not want to order from there anymore because there will be a confrontation. So I just inconvenience myself and no longer order there and I am borderline considering not going back to Longos permanently if every time I come in the store the manager whispers and they booth look and laugh at me. I have yet to receive any reply or apology from Starbucks or Longos.

Starbucks gift cards NOT HONORED here. Told this is not official Starbucks and their systems are not connected to corporate. I don't usually buy $7 coffees unless I can use a gift card and got stuck in an awkward situation where I had $50 on my gift card and needed to shell out cash for my drink. Not happy about that. Now I know to only go to official Star Bucks stores.

Came here with my homie BanSauRieng and we stumbled upon the dynamic duo known as the rizzler and sharooz. Naturally, we as people tend to not really talk too much to strangers, but you can tell by their vibe that coffee is their mama jama. Laughs were exchanged, pink drinks were consumed. It was overall a good time

It’s pretty hit and miss. Since the other Ancaster Starbucks closed, it’s been way busier, especially on weekends. You need to place your mobile order a good 15 min in advance to get it, or you can wait in the 30 min drive thru line. Staff work hard but they don’t seem to ever have enough for the amount of orders that come through. Just depends on how patient you want to be.

The women who works fulltime during the day at this location is amazing!!! My husband and I have never been to this location at the same time, but she figured out who we were to one another and always asks about the other. Its work parking and going in just for her great service.
If I could give a zero star I would have. My family and I ordered four fraps and at the time of order the woman on bar told her co-workers loud enough for us to hear us that she didn't want to make our order at which time the guy on cash told her he didn't know how to make the drinks but said he would give it a try. He then made our first drink incorrectly and told us he would remake it. We then waited for close to fifteen minutes only to be told that they didn't have the ingredients to made our other drinks and that they would refund us. We waited fifteen minutes. Got the wrong order and then left with one out of four drinks. It was singlehandedly the worst service I have ever had at a coffee shop. Tim Hortons does a better job.
