first of all whoever owns this place seriously needs to re train their employees or consider re staffing. Tons of attitude coming from the young ish girl who was working around 7pm on August 25th. I was honestly kind of disgusted by the food preparation, changed gloves after doing something in the back, did not wash hands. Closed the sub with her hands and not the knifes 20 centimeters away from reach. Overall probably one of the worst subways i’ve been to and will not return.

This location was a bit busy when I visited, so it felt somewhat rushed overall. There wasn’t really much interaction with the staff, it was more of a “get it made, get it out” kind of vibe. I didn’t hear a greeting or feel a welcoming atmosphere.

What stood out most was how much they’ve scaled back on toppings. One of the main reasons I choose Subway is for the fresh vegetables, but when I asked for things like lettuce, tomatoes, and onions, the portions felt really minimal. That was disappointing and made the sub feel less satisfying.

While things seemed kinda clean and service was alright , the overall experience felt a bit impersonal, and the value just wasn’t what it used to be. I may have to start looking at other options if this is there new way.

Tips if you’re going:
• If you notice they’re light handed with toppings, politely ask for more as it can be very skimpy.
• Keep an eye on what’s going on your sub and don’t be afraid to speak up.
• Prices have gone up, so it’s fair to expect a full, satisfying sandwich. If you feel shorted, you can ask to have it fixed right then.

Worst location ever had me sitting there for 1+ hour trying to do their BOGOFL1 offer which didnt work and in the end she said she doesn’t know how without the manager present who is in INDIA instead of just telling me that from the jump and not wasting my time.

Workers messed up 2 meals, and took way too long to make them, took 45 mins

As a subway employee myself I am grossed out. The man who was at cash didn’t wash his hands before getting on the line. The cheeses are mixed into the same bins. She toasted the meat and cct on the wrong settings. The girl then filled a sauce cup up with no gloves on. Come on, hygiene is hard especially in a workplace.
