My fiancé got a tea this morning before work he goes to grab it and the bottoms falls out and he ends up with hot tea all over him and his car he didn’t have time to go back and complain as he had to start his shift so no he has to work with wet pants on. He isn’t happy about the situation at all. Workers at Tim Hortons needs to do better. I have 10 years experience with Tim Hortons and I would made sure there is nothing wrong with the cups before giving the customer their order. Would appreciate it if something was done about this. Thank you

I'm a local customer, this 'Was' my go to store, but today was my last straw. I often pre-order through the app, sometimes drivethru. More often then not (8/10 times) my order is wrong, both food and drink. Today our chicken noodle soup actually had chopped up breaded chicken (looks like from a wrap) in it as their chicken.. my daughter almost threw up she was so disgusted when she pout it in her mouth. This store has gotten worse and worse over the past 2 years.

Thought I would save some time by parking my car and avoiding the insane line up at the drive-thru,but I was mistaken. Waited in the store for quite some time until a cashier started serving customers in line. It seemed the staff was hustling to fill all the drive-thru orders first! Ridiculous!!!

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter. Waited 15 minutes until I asked where the heck it is.... finally got it, and it was cream cheese.. Now, only one side had cream cheese. So it kinda worked a little in my favor. At least I was able to eat one side of the bagel.. I hate cream cheese!!!! Butter!! I said butter!!!!

Ordered a steeped tea and a pumpkin spiced latte - the latte was delicious! But instead of getting the tea, received a coffee instead - was very unhappy when took a sip of the 'tea' and found it to be coffee instead...

Went to self check out and ordered a maple donut but the workers failed to communicate it being out of stock. To make up for it they gave me an extra donut.

Cozy atmosphere rude staff. Hours on the doors are wrong. Hours say they close at 11, when in fact they close at 10 (yes I’m now aware on Google it says 10, but not everyone checks Google if they’re out with friends). I honestly get people want to go home, but don’t be rude about it. The one staff member insisted that she wipe our table while we were sitting at it making it quite wet. Then we were told that we need to leave they’re closed (which again I get, but don’t be rude about it). My French vanilla was quite watery so not overly enjoyable.

Service was extremely slow at the drive thru. However it was noon on a Saturday so there could have been large lunch orders ahead of us. We ordered 3 items plus our coffee and at the window we were told they only had one of them. Employee at the window was super friendly and he helped us choose alternatives.
The coffee was great as expected.
Parking: All parking is away from the building due to the drive thru set up with the shared building with Wendy’s.
Wheelchair accessibility: The accessible entry is only on the Tim Hortons side of the building shared with a Wendy’s. Entry might be a little difficult since there’s a drive thru window for each and the building gets surrounded by cars.

I never technically like to leave a poor review but in this circumstance, I have to say for this one I do. If I could honestly give zero stars I would. My momma and I went through the drive-thru, which the ordering time was quick which was nice. But, when we got to the window, a worker was talking the whole time in his language to his fellow coworker. We had to wait for the food which was incredibly slow. No speaking at all to us. Very rude.
