I ordered a spiced vanilla donut from drive thru. Went to work then hours later when I had my break, I opened the bag and found a sprinkle donut in the bag. I was very disappointed since the sprinkle donut is one of the donuts I don’t like at all.

You call this fast food? From the time I came in to the time I received my order was 20 mins. Yes, it was busy BUT……. The cashier who took my order left and went to make sandwiches not just mine but for all the orders in front of mine. Asked to speak with the manager and he never showed. Not acceptable!

Absolute GARBAGE! If I could give zero or below, I would. There is NEVER a time you can go through and they don’t mess up your order. Staff are rude, lazy and entitled and this owner CONTINUES to employ these same individuals to work all of his locations. His mother must be so disappointed in what he has allowed these once great locations, turn to absolute trash. Shame on the greed over customer mentality.

I ordered from this Tims at 6:30am on Sunday (Aug 23rd). Two farmers wraps and a coke, which is all I had to eat for the entire day. By 8pm I was in the urgent care after vomitting (among other things) repeatedly throughout the day. As I write this at 9:30pm the next day, I am STILL suffering the effects to where I am concerned I will have to go to the ER if my condition doesn't improve
I've had these wraps many times, never have I ever felt this terribly. DO NOT EAT HERE

We ordered two scrambled egg loaded croissants and received them missing the tops… for both, seriously? We got home and were pretty upset. We also wanted to add espresso shots to our iced cappuccinos, and they didn’t have any… not to mention when I wanted to add a chocolate glazed donut, they had no idea what I was asking for… this location is a mess and a constant disappointment. I might never come back again.
Don’t want to hate on the staff there, food is always great, but wrong orders are too common. They do always make up for their mistakes though, so customer service is really good. Only caveat is that Tims Rewards scanners never seem to work at this location.
