Waiting 10 minutes alone at the machine and 5 indian staff joking, laughing without service. Waited 5 more minutes to receive the coffee
They don’t even know what they’re doing in there disgusting.

Feels like a scam going on here with the roll up cups. They purposely not giving the roll up cups to customers who come drive thru. This morning 14th March 2026. I got 2 coffee and they gave me regular cups. I drove all the way down and found out that they didn’t give me roll up ones. I was just upset and called the location to complaint about this. The lady over the phone didn’t ask sorry at all and said she ran out of cups untill the truck comes tomorrow. But after seeing previous review posted for the same issue just few days prior. I can clearly say that these people are SCAMMING the system. Unfortunately this is a big corporate that we can’t spend our time to file things but atleast I wanna let the people know about this location. It’s Worst!!
Always the best service! They make the best sandwiches compared to other branches. Today I accidentally ordered a sandwich through the app that wasn’t available at that time, but they kindly explained and offered another menu option instead.👍🙌
Even though they are often very busy with many customers, they still serve everyone with smiles and kindness. Thank you so much, as always!🙏

In drive thru when I was handed my coffee I kindly and simply asked the lady i don't know her name (indian with eye glasses on) why you didn't give me the roll up to win cap , she just responded aggressively WE DON'T HAVE THAT. I was about to say oh that's okay she shut the window and didn't even listen what I am.saying.
And one night before that my wife went there and ordered a coffee with 3 cream and half sugar but she received a wrong one with triple triple.
Don't work somewhere when you're about to have a non-canadian behavior.
I know the management will ask me to fillout something, because they don't read and care about reviews and costumers satisfaction,
but I don't need to.

Always getting my order wrong
The staff is efficient. The sandwich size is smaller. The donuts are always good and better than the other Tim's nearby.

Average; poorly managed. Staff very nice, but instructed to short everything from double cups, cup sleeves and napkins. Hot food prep is hit and miss!

I came in on the morning of Thursday Feb 12 2026. There was maybe 1 car in the drive thru from what I could see & literally no customers inside. I was the only customer inside.
I seen maybe 10-12 workers behind the counter, half working & half chitchatting. I stood there for abt 3 mins without a single worker look at me or acknowledging me! Mind you, I'm 6'3 & was wearing hi-vis orange so I don't think I was hard to notice! Smh
I just left with no service & very disappointed

Ordered a pizza and these guys didn’t even cut it all the way through. Ordered it to have in the parking lot to wait for an appointment and I couldn’t even eat half of it. Like come on when you cut a pizza cut it all the way not just the top for decoration. Absolutely unacceptable for a worker to be like that, I don’t work there so I can’t say there job is easy but cutting a pizza doesn’t take any skill like you had one thing to do. Please do better
