If I could give less than 1 star I would. Such terrible service and employees cannot seem to understand orders. There needs to be a manager onsite who is trained in customer service. Avoid this location! Meadowlands and Merivale in Ottawa.

Warning, drive thru orders… check your order before you leave. At this location 9 times out of 10 it will be wrong. Not for the first time the large iced chai order arrived as an iced coffee. My husband did the pick up and didn’t notice until he got home. The weather is bad so he can’t go back. It’s coffee so I can’t drink it!! $5.09 poured down the drain!! Again!!

Everyone has a different experience. My experience was awesome. I dropped my phone. The staff contacted and held on to my phone.
As an added bonus my coffee was fresh and super hot.

Have ordered food here twice and never again , got argued with how they don’t carry whole wheat as well as the food being extremely tasteless once it was received I could see through the window hands being thrown up food being mishandled or tossed in frustration because of this. The tall skinny kid at this location loves to argue with customers it’s happened 3 separate occasions simply over a bun or a simple coffee order which seems to hard to handle. I worked at Tim hortons as a teenager 15 years ago it was nothing like this.the coffee at this location smells and tastes extremely burnt , The Donut and desert glass is unbelievably dirty you’ll squint through filth to view the items you’ll no longer want. Washrooms are disgusting customer service is poor rude argumentative. I just moved to the area this would’ve been my go to timmies but I’ll gladly drive further for better service and quality.

I come here every morning for my hot drink, everyone is super friendly and helpful. I like seeing sam in the morning she is so cheerful and always happy! All the staff i have dealt with there are all great!
