Today, I ordered a cheese flatbread pizza and made sure to inform the staff that I'm a vegetarian. Despite being a regular customer, the pizza I received was awful. The quality was the worst I've ever had. Given this experience, I won't be ordering here again.

The WORST Tim Horton’s I’ve ever been to. I have been here and handful of times and don’t think they’ve ever gotten a single order correct.
Also, the staff barely pay attention and are talking amongst themselves which makes sense why orders are never right.

This is probably the worst tim Hortons in Hamilton closes before schedule time opens late.... The woman that speaks at the drive through has the most obnoxious voice Allways sounds like she she's annoyed to be there... The food is limited no wraps no lattes and some times the coffee dosent taste right. Should be able to trust the tim Hortons brand maybe I should start going to McDonald's where they have higher expectations of there employees and how there stores are run

There’s no blinds on the windows. I’m blinded by the light very uncomfortable, having the sun in your face all day doesn’t matter where you sit and also, there was no bacon on my sandwich. Turkey bacon service is no good as my complaint having no bacon on my sandwich went ignored. I guess they didn’t believe me I or I might just be the wrong person. Racist. Guess I’ll spin the wheel see where it lands to try to figure this one out. Maybe I should’ve texted the person behind the counter, and never been treated like that before….
Parking: Parking lot at this location it’s hard to find parking but there’s plenty of parking next-door at the grocery store parking then you have to walk over not ideal in the rain or in the cold
