It’s so disapponting to see a once great franchise, turn to this. This location is consistently messing up orders, not changing cream/sugar and therefore coffee is ALWAYS over sweet or not sweet enough, too white or too dark. A double double at this location, looks nothing short of a regular coffee. When you express concern to the staff, you’re met with ignorance, laughing, dirty looks and at my most recent visit, I was told to put the cream and sugar myself if I wasn’t happy. Order a toasted bagel and it comes out looking the same way it did when it went in! they put the toaster on a high speed, barely toasting the bread. You would think the owner of these two locations on golf links, and Tim Hortons head office, would look into why BOTH these locations have just above a 3 star rating. The problem is the STAFF!! you’re unwillingness to put your customers over greed by hiring competent individuals, with an ability to communicate using the English language and proper hygiene practices, is the very reason these locations will continue to deteriorate, and eventually more and more people will put their support elsewhere.

Asked for a large ice coffee and two sausage egg English muffin and got med ice coffee black and one sausage English muffin with no egg and English muffin wasn’t toasted, not sure where that got lost in translation but do better Tim’s, you used to be good what happened?!?

A nice Tim Hortons with very friendly staff, clean place, and good coffee (which came right away). İ tried to pay with Apple pay but it didn’t work (maybe it was a problem on my end but just keep that in mind). Also they have a drive thru

Our experience at this Tim Hortons was nothing short of frustrating and disrespectful. We had to repeat our order several times, only for it to still be incorrect. When we addressed it at the window, the staff laughed and made sarcastic remarks in Punjabi, even mocking us for not knowing how to order. It was offensive and unprofessional. I’m genuinely shocked by the lack of courtesy and customer service. This location has lost our business.

Waited 15 mins to get the wrong order even after repeating the order 3 times. After addressing the issue that order is wrong , Very rude employee lashed out and didnt even said sorry while I was just calmly saying Hey, This is wrong Order. I ordered something else. And she was rude . Worst experience. Dont come here Even if you need to have tea very badly, they will give you extra headache.

Nothing starts my day off better than pulling a donut out of the bag and seeing the receipt all nice and glued and soggy, stuck to the side of my donut like a sad little flag of consumerism stomped in the mud.

Today, I ordered a cheese flatbread pizza and made sure to inform the staff that I'm a vegetarian. Despite being a regular customer, the pizza I received was awful. The quality was the worst I've ever had. Given this experience, I won't be ordering here again.

Also, the staff barely pay attention and are talking amongst themselves which makes sense why orders are never right.
