I stopped by this store today, and it was a good experience! The ambiance was simply magical, with Christmas vibes everywhere that instantly lifted my mood. The washrooms were spotless—something I rarely see at Tim Hortons—and it was such a pleasant surprise. I ordered a coffee and a wrap, but what really stood out was the welcoming attitude of the employee who took my order. This truly made my day!

Long lines, stressed staff, making lots of mistakes. Coffee made wrong, no bacon on clubs, returned clubs a second time, still no bacon on a sandwich. Not really sure whats going on at this location...

Had a very bad experience this morning at the drive thru...large HOT coffee was handed to me and the cup virtually exploded as I went to grab it...Hot coffee everywhere on my hand and burning ..coffee was spilled all inside and outside my brand new vehicle inside and out..I was very angry and am still un pain from the burns on my hand...people need to have a little more attention to detail when handing products to customers. Person at drive through said the cup was defective...Not happy about this at all..

Worst time hortons ever… i went there this morning, the lady took alot of time to take my order and was arguing with every customer. While taking my order she started fighting with another customer whom she served with wrong drink. She messed up my order too and had to wait for like 20 minutes for just a coffee and a begal which was obviously made wrong. Also, i had to wait and had to call her to take my order. She saw me twice before and totally ignored me. I have never seen this kind of customer service before. Worst customer service ever. Going to this kind of place in the morning means ruining your whole day. Never going back to this place…

Old lady working on drive through window this morning saturday Nov 2nd has no right to disrespect a regular customer or even a first time customer for that matter. I wanted to complain further about her behaviour but staff denied to tell me her name saying that i do not need to know her name.
I completly understand that there will be no action taken after my complaint and loosing a customer will not matter at all but TIM HORTONS here should realy re-think of their staff working here or aim to teach their staff better customer service skills. Maybe just remind them that they are in CANADA now.
Managment should realize customers coming into your business is blessing from God , have to be respected and treated the right way.
Shame on all you guys. I had my family sitting in my car and all were shocked.

Worst tims ever took them an hour to get all my food to me and it was all messed up when I asked them to remake they did and they messed it up again. I never got a refund either

Twice in the last month I have used this Tim’s. Never again, the first time I used the drive thru ordered a double double and drove away. I opened my coffee on my drive when it cooled a little….it was black no sugar. I took it back that night and stood in an empty store for over five minutes while the three staff were talking and laughing totally ignoring me, I ended up having to bang the counter several times to get attention. The staff eventually said “we can’t do nothing you have to see the manager “ I asked them to get him, they said “ he will be here tomorrow “, I walked out disgusted.
I tried them again last Thursday, asked for my double double, again opening it when traffic had calmed and the coffee had cooled….it was the most bitter fowl tasting coffee I have ever had.
Tim Hortons really need to inspect this store and the manager, the staff certainly don’t give a damn about the product they serve or their customers.
