We went through the drive thru at this location today and ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap with slow cooked chicken, the employee punched in the 2 for $7 craveable wraps…which we never said so we corrected her and then she proceeded to punch it in with crispy chicken so again we corrected it and she had it correctly input on the screen. We get our order and drive away and take a bite of the wrap and it’s some spicy crispy chicken wrap with no bacon, so nothing like we ordered….we won’t be back. Tim Hortons is trash now, you can’t go anywhere and have your order made correctly anymore.

I don't come here often bc not only once but many times that my order at the drive thru isn't right. I need to go back. So this visits we went inside with my husband. We waited our foods for 30minutes. We sat down and hubby stood up for 4x to check for our foods. The 5th time twas there on the ledge but we didn't hear someone called for our food. Anyhow apologies accepted but she shouldn't have to be defensive. Telling that the foods were there already for 15 minutes already. Lol! We were like; how? And why she didn't let us know? Anyhow . We are not going back to dine in. The other branch is way better. Spacious and if they make mistake. They fixed it right away with no excuses but apologies. Thank you

Orderd a bacon turky club and was close to finishing it untill i found hair in my sandwich not one strand of hair, 3 long strands. i observed no one wearing hair nets when i orderd, very disgusting and unprofetional if you ask me will never come here again.

AVOID!!!! A zero would be too high of a rating for this place! If you’re a healthcare worker on a late shift, avoid this place at all costs! An order was placed on the app, 35 mins prior to their closing time. I received a text message notifying me that since they were closing soon, they wouldn’t be able to prepare a flatbread cheese pizza, I was offered a sandwich instead. I communicated back to the person who had texted me, he chose to ghost me instead.

Yet The app continued updating the delivery time.
I wasted my break not knowing if there was still a driver arriving with an alternative order. I’ve lived in a smaller town (Saskatchewan) with three Tim Horton’s locations, and have always received excellent service.

I’m not sure who’s managing this Portia Dr location, either this person is an inexperienced franchisee or an absentee one.

As someone who used to manage a QSR franchise (Not Tim’s) many years ago, we’d go above and beyond for our customers without hesitation.

This place here operates quite differently, the service is subpar! I’m not sure how they’ll continue on like this, especially in this economy!

I am honestly not shocked to read all these negative reviews about this location!!! Extremely poor customer service, very rude and 2 specific girls just roll their eyes at you…even though they are the ones that messed up a simple order not once but TWICE! I’ve never had such terrible experience before. I really hope these comments reach head office … NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN.

I have been going here almost daily for the last couple months and they somehow manage to mess up my order 80% of the time when I go through the drive through. Whether it’s putting sugar in when I didn’t ask or cream instead of milk, it has happened too many times for it to be random chance.

Try the other location across the street by the Pioneer.

PATHETIC!!! I pre-ordered my drink (15 mins in advance on Tims mobile app) and arrived on-time only to be told by the girl at the counter that she didn't make the drink coz she assumed I wouldn't come (as many customers do like this). I had already paid for my drink, why then wud she assumed I wouldn't come to pick my drink. I had to wait for 3 mins keeping my vehicle idling. What's the point of pre ordering your drink if the girl at the counter is going to make the drink only after the customer arrives at the restaurant.

ordered a crispy chicken cilantro lime bowl, they added maybe one scoop of rice, no sauce, didnt cut up the chicken, the bowl was basically empty. they also gave a spoon instead of a fork. ive had this bowl many times, it has always been full, cut up chicken, and sauce on it. extremely disappointing.

Went to this location at 9:45 and was informed that we could not get stepped tea as the machine was shut down for the night and being cleaned. I guess they close early. Went to the next Tim Horton and they were more than happy to make us a tea.
