I went with a gluten-free friend for a light lunch- coffee break. We were so interested in the decor and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the drinks. I had Earl Grey tea and she had coffee. Both beverages were nice and hot! I hate when coffee is served in mugs and the coffee is lukewarm but this place served it piping hot! Yay! They get it and are serious about your coffee experience. The food is also delicious with attention paid to your dining experience. Much appreciated! You will enjoy your visit here. As a bonus there is parking available!

Quaint little cafe. You have to come up through a church grave yard (the wrong way) to get to it from off the trail. Or find your way up to the main Street. It's located close to the library.

We have been wanting to try trails cafe for a while! We brought our dog since it is a dog friendly place. The staff and owners were so friendly and kind! Food was delicious and it was such a nice atmosphere to be in! Lots of seating both indoor and out and has a little fenced in area for your dog to play while you order. Will for sure be coming back! :)

Cozy cafe in the heart of Ancaster. Located a little off the radial trail, so a great pit stop on a bike ride or hike. Nice selection of food and beverages. Friendly staff and owner Arnie. They have a basement with more seating and it is suitable for holding small group meetings.

Not great, employees took way too long to make the drinks I ordered and were just talking to each other the whole time. The one male employee was eating a sandwich while working, and I noticed that the employee put the half-eaten sandwich on the counter with the gluten-free desserts, which is a concern for cross-contamination. He was also a bit unprofessional and rude taking people's orders. Nobody seems to know how to make a flat white. Just really didn't get good vibes from the people, and the music was really loud and didn't really fit the serene setting.

They have downstairs seating thatâs usually very quiet and good for working from home not from home.. the coffee is good and they have a big selection of baked goods if you get there early. The service is exceptional especially if youâre being served by one of the two young men.. donât know their names but I like them đ

This cozy little spot is easy to miss since itâs tucked inside what looks like a cute cottage. Itâs on one of the most charming roads in Ancaster. I had their hummus sandwich which was absolutely delicious and the matcha was really good quality... super fresh and that vibrant green you want. There's plenty of roadside parking, plus a lot around the back. I also got to meet one of the owners, and they were so warm and fun to chat with.

Amazing unique coffee shop. Owners have taken lot of care and effort to make this into a good café. The decor both in the interiors and exterior is refreshing. And yes the coffee is good too
