Mind you I wasn’t even speaking to him, I was just happy to see something novel. They should appreciate my energy, not give me that attitude with a cold burger to boot. I had to kindly remind him that he is working at Wendys AFTER he made my food because he may tamper with it. I told him to just put the fries in the bag as I left. Clearly their staff has no respect for anyone or anything, will never be going here ever again

This location never gets orders right and when I ask for corrections they seem very annoyed and inconvenienced. There’s 2 men who work the drive thru who are very nice and provide great service but everyone else is very incompetent. The chili is consistently watery to the point it’s just tomato flavored water with a few beans thrown in. The scanners don’t work at the drive thru so I can’t get my rewards points and they don’t give receipts. The service and quality of this location is has always been below average and is rapidly declining.

A gentleman named palwinder covered my order as I had an embarrassing moment and was short on some cash... he covered my order and got me a drink to... sometimes we deal we struggle but palwinder wouldn't let me go without my breakfast ! I was there today at 3:55 i order 2 combos one number one and one number 5 and a chicken burger each with separate bills the mess up the 3 orders one of my girls I dropped home I when to the movies whe we opened the order and started eating it wasn’t what I ordered or my husband and my other child so the 3 were so disappointed

I was here Thursday September 25th and I wached a employee standing there at the fry area taking fries and eating them highly unsanitary very unprofessional you don’t let your employees eat the fries right from where they are being dished out disgusting the girl at the front counter kept interrupting me when i was trying to tell her my order GET THIS GARBAGE Straighten Out I Will Be Calling Corporate
Omg the washroom smell like urine!! There is 3 stalls and the only one with toilet paper in the canister was the handicap one. All toilets have a big roll of toilet paper ON THE BACK OF THE TOILET!! Grossssssss & of course toilet paper on the sink, and floors in each stall…. I’m saying the smell of pee is so bad it’s 1:49pm on Sunday Sept 21 and I’ll never eat there with the washrooms not clean are there kitchens??? And goes also for Tim Hortons! (As the Wendy’s is on the left of washrooms and Tim’s on the right side!!)
