There has not been a time that I have gone to this location and I have not had an issue with my order, with attitude and rude employees And a lack of care. This last visit is just another example of their slackness. The guy at the window, barely even acknowledged me. Also, my fries were cold as usual and I mean look at my photo is this considered a full serving of fries? I will be taking the extra time to go to the Wendy’s at upper James and Rymal From now on.

this store is horrible. more then once have they "forgotten" half of my order. the last straw was tonight after they "forgot" my daughter's food and was only willing to fix it by refund but I only get my refund the next time I come in if I talk to the manager before anything happens!

I love your breakfast and this store is sadly going to be getting the brunt of my frustration. Everything you have is square so why can't the sandwich maker put together sandwiches so they are square? It's one shape and somehow every single time my sandwich looks like a toddler put it together. Why does speed of service come before hot food? The sausage sandwich with a cheese slice instead of sauce at roughly 820 on October 19th was barely warm. The bread was cold so much so the cheese didn't melt, the egg and meat were warm but again the cheese didn't melt so couldn't have been that warm. I don't even bother ordering the potatoes in the morning because I either get cold soggy ones or hot soggy ones they put back in the oil for a minute and they taste worse then the cold soggy ones. Honestly the lack of care when it comes to the food is so infuriating. Why even bother calling the store and getting a replacement because it will be more of the same. If the staff doesn't care about the quality of food I would venture a guess they don't care about much else.

The krabby patty meal from Wendy’s was probably the worst thing I’ve ever experienced I went inside thinking it was gonna be a burger that had a SpongeBob twist to it but the only twist I got was paying extra for a regular cheese burger. The chum bucket could out rank this to the point where the best part was finally ridding this meal out of my sight. Another thing is that I wanted the pineapple frosty but it turns out they only had chocolate frosty’s, just like this meal, a big wet pile of brown slob. In fact I would like to end this review with a song. F is for fries are better than the burger U is for unoriginal food N is for never ever buying this again, down here in the deep blue sea.

There was 1 person in line ahead of us and it still took almost 20 minutes to get our food. They seemed adequately staffed so I'm not sure what took so long. I got a poutine and it was probably one of the worst poutines I've had in my life. Cold and soggy fries with, at most, a splash of gravy. Definitely won't be back here again.

Do not ever go to this place!! I went to redeem my points and their machine was down and instead of giving it free or doing something, they just charged me for the thing. It’s not my fault your machine is broken. Why am i collecting points if i cant use it? Ridiculous!

This Wendys is usually pretty good and pretty speedy about the food. However, I have had several experiences when ordering Uber Eats of items being missing or cold. So, your mileage may vary on what experience you will get from this Wendys. But most of the time, the food is hot, fresh and the service is at least decent enough.
