I cannot stress enough how bad of an experience I have going to this Wendy’s not all staff it’s one in particular that makes me just not wanna go there anymore because of her bad attitude and lack of customer service!! Basically what happened was I ordered a number seven no pickles or tomato cheese fries and made it very clear on the microphone before ordering when I get to the window she barely opened up the window gives me the terminal to pay with attitude hands me food without saying have a good day or anything just pure attitude and of course I couldn’t get her name because she wouldn’t open the window fully but her description is white ethnicity black hair always in a bun with black glasses! Beware when countering her she does not offer good customer service, and always has a bad attitude so what happened was is when I got my food it was all wrong pickles on my chicken burger which I am allergic to so I couldn’t even eat the burger so now I’m wasting money in the fries were chilli cheese fries when I specifically asked for cheese fries and made that clear to her before going to the window I’m also on a lunch break so I don’t have time to go there multiple times to get a new item because they kept on messing up and when I first brought the attention to the chilli cheese fries she made it seem like I was the problem even though her attitude was discussing about it No sorry or apologies just pure attitude. So I thought OK it’s just my fries that are problem. I didn’t look at the chicken burger until I got back to my workplace, but my lunch was already done so I couldn’t replace that all I’m saying is her attitude and dealing with customer is a problem and it doesn’t look good for Wendy’s especially if she’s working drive-through dealing with customers and this isn’t the first time that this is happened so now I’m getting very fed up because her boss needs to do something about this very unprofessional

Love there food . The fresh lettuce, tomatoes , onions and buns. Not bad for a fast food restaurant. Of everything is made fresh to order it’s fantastic. It’s not when the fries is cold and the burger or wrap have bad lettuce or rotten tomatoes.Didn’t see inside the store , I’ve read it’s not the cleanest. I hope they took those reviews seriously and cleaned up things.Thanks for the hard work you all doRemember fresh is best. Especially when us customers are paying much for our foods

Fries were undercooked,chili was like soup they obviously don't stir it up before serving asked for extra crackers girl at counter just ignored me and didn't give me any junior bacon burger was cold the chili soup was scalding hot wouldn't recommend this location for

Just had the worst experience I've ever had at Wendy's. It was my first time visiting this location. My fries were piping hot...awesome! My JBC's however were ICE COLD. I'm actually shocked that the burgers felt like they came out of the fridge...how could that be when they're cooked? Needless to say I'll never visit this location again. Couldn't even eat the bulk of my food.

Not sure what it is about napkins and fast food places. This place is the worst. When eating in, they give you no napkins. No napkins in the place, you have to ask. The person giving them to you has dirty greasy hands. Which means the two napkins you got also has dirty grease on them. Thanks!
