Horrible experience truly. I think this has got to be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The place itself was cute and decorated nicely and I was very happy upon arriving. Things went downhill as soon as our waitress came. I ordered chicken and waffles and asked for the sauce specifically on the side and said to her I don’t like when it is soggy so to please have it on the side and she said yes so it was so far so good. Then she brought the whole table of food out except mine which I understood as chicken takes longer so no problem there. But when it came out the sauce was all on top so I kindly told her I asked for it on the side and she didn’t offer to fix it, basically looked at me like “well too bad take it now that it’s here”. I asked her to get it redone how I had asked (because this dish is also $20) and she was so hesitant, said it would take a while in annoyance and then proceeded to roll her eyes at me which multiple people saw as well even the table beside. I was upset about this since I was very kind and she didn’t try to make the situation any better whatsoever. I ended up cancelling the order completely to which she barley even responded and just turned her back to me. When she came back for the bills she still charged me for the coffee I was served which was in my opinion ridiculous. She messes up my order, was so rude when I asked if it could be fixed, it got to the point I cancelled the order and sat there an hour and a half with no food and proceeded to not even comp my coffee? Absolutely horrible. The waitress I had was older with her hair in a ponytail taking care of the tables in the back of the restaurant, I wish I asked her name but forgot. Whoever she is I hope she improves for the future because this was a terrible experience, if I could give negative stars I would. NEVER returning.

I’d love to see local businesses do really well. I also know that there are 50 locations and Wimpy’s has been around as long as I can remember. So maybe people will think I’m nuts, but the food was BLECHHHH. Maybe different locations are different. If your fries are soggy and the burger is mucky, I won’t come back, ever. I’m sure people love this place but no. And being different is great but you have to have 4-6 bites of plain burger patty until you get to the bun and toppings. And what’s with the toppings on the bottom??? Don’t mess with classics unless you’re the best of the best. Wimpy’s is not that. Oh yeah- the bacon on my burger was wayyy undercooked. Blechhh.

I was here on Sunday morning. The AC was on full blast, it was an ice box in there. They didn't have any music or white noise on and it just seemed like I could hear all the chatter of the other tables. A person asked for more coffee and the waitress was just kinda cold when she yelled she would make another round soon. Maybe it's because it was so icy in there. The food was quick, but the bacon had a fair bit of fat on it, like almost all fat. I know it's kinda luck of the draw, but still, seemed like low quality. I have driven past this place many many times and this was my first time stopping in. I think I will skip it in the future, I'm on the hunt for my favourite breakfast place and had to at least include this one in the running.

Cheri was awesome and always made sure we had everything we needed. the food was great. Would definitely recommend as a stop for food for anyone in the area.

More then 1 server it I completely disrespectful to ask your servers to work double their wage Wimpy’s is a large Corporation there is no reason why the front of house or back of house should be understaffed

It was clean, the server was friendly and I enjoyed my meal . The only problem I had was the seats of the booths were not shorts friendly. My legs stuck to them.

We go to Wimpy‘s least twice a month liver and onions. My wife gets I try the menu burgers are great. They’re poutine is awesome. The food it’s always great. The two guys that are cooks are fantastic and always the waitress is great place is clean great place to go for an awesome meal.
Parking: Plenty of room anytime of the day
Kid-friendliness: Meals are excellent. Everything’s good for kids.
