Absolutely disgusting service I paid for my food to be delivered by a worker and when they couldn’t do it or just didn’t want to they wouldn’t answer my calls until my order was cancelled this isn’t the first time I’ve had this problem with this place it’s absolutely disgusting

I was always happy with this location but the last few times I’ve ordered they have given us either cold or stale french fries that have been obviously reheated. I am very disappointed with this. We’re paying a premium for food. The least they could do is not give us old fries that have been reheated and cold. This has happened now on three occasions.
The staff and service at this location are super great with the kids. They always go above and beyond to engage with our kids and make them feel welcomed. Not to mention they take extra care with handling his food due to his sever food allergy. One of the better fast food places out there with make good snacks and fruit that come with the kids pack.
