Normally I go through the drive-thru, but today I dined in to thank the staff for their friendly service. As always, the food was hot and tasty, but tasted even better since I took the time to relax to dine in instead of while driving! We have made our lives too busy to enjoy our surroundings, so hit the pause button and stop in for a meal or just a coffee. You won't be disappointed!

Tried to pay with a 100$ bill, my bill was 20$ so the change is 80$… I had to leave and go elsewhere because they didn’t have enough cash in the till to give me change. I work in the restaurant world and have owned three of my own restaurants and that is absolutely ridiculous to not have more change in the till.

Thank you for accommodating. I am not eating bread in my diet and have enjoyed A&W burgers with the lettuce wrap instead of the bun. Today I asked this location if they can do the same with the breakfast sandwich and they did. This was great! Delicious and not greasy. Normally I would just eat the egg and throw out the English muffin, but now I will ask for the lettuce wrap instead. 👏

Onion rings were pretty good but this place gave me the worst lettuce bun (wrap) so far
I’m sure dealing with the public all day isn’t always easy but the staff here are superb. Very, very friendly and always smiling. It’s always a pleasure to visit this A and W. Some “fast food” staff at other places always seem unhappy and I leave those places feeling worse for the interaction. A and W Midland staff are the complete opposite. It may “only” be a coffee and a breakfast sandwich but it’s a positive experience.

As usual, the food is good...but the employees are severely lacking in cleanliness. I haven't seen a clean floor in an A&W in a very long time. I've seen many clean McDonald's floors. What's happening is dragging down their numbers for sure, I have talked to people who says they are sick of restaurants going after profits and ignoring the health and safety of their clients. Cockroach smell in this A&W was almost too much for me, don't know how regular customers are dealing?
