We walked in and had to wait but I think they forgot about us. We were finally seated and the waitress rushed over, got our drink orders and disappeared. We were in a bit of a hurry. She left before I could give our orders and made it back with our drinks about 30 seconds before we walked out. We got our food pretty quickly but it's now sub par. Gravy was more like au jus. Can't believe I paid extra for a single pickle. I could see paying $1 for 5 or 6 but not one that...
We had dinner at Chuck's on a Saturday night and had the absolute best service anyone can ask for. Paige was not only professional but was fun and whimsical! We never felt neglected and got our food in great time. I know that the staff there are all great but I especially enjoyed our time with Paige! (She deserves a raise!)

Note : Beer glasses could use a good hand scrub periodically or use better cleaning solution, my beer glass was really cloudy with residue on 2 occasions. But other than that...😊👍
