On Sept. 28 2025 decided to eat in, the cashier ( Dhruval) was very polite and friendly taking our order. We sat down and he brought our order to our table, the food was served fresh and hot, when we were done and leaving the restaurant Dhruval told us to have a great day and hope to see you soon, I hope that the rest of the staff can learn from him. I would recommend this DQ and if your friendly to the staff they usually are friendly back.

I went to the restroom and saw a staff member walk out of a stall without washing her hands. She went directly into the kitchen and began handling food. This is a serious concern for hygiene and food safety.

It was good enough for the value it provided. 8$ for a cheeseburger, fries, pop and a sundae! Even though the burger was not even close in quality to their non value meal burgers -which are excellent, possibly the best fast food burger available, double and triple Flamethrower etc- the value was there for me. My wife had the crispy chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and it was excellent. It was not in a warming tray etc, it was made fresh, the rings too. She was very happy , almost too hot to eat when delivered. Unfortunately, even though we were there only eat in customers , we had to search to find a cleanish table. They were all sticky or shad something on them. Washrooms were clean and functional. Service was excellent, friendly and helpful.

We just ordered ice cream and we waited about 10 minutes and there was no lineup. The inside was disgusting, all the tables were filthy and the glass around the tables were full of hand prints and dirty. The floor was also dirty.

Speaking on the grill/meal end of things, this DQ does a good job. Front end staff have only ever been nothing but nice, they offer table service if you eat in, and everything on the chicken side of things is spot on. Tenders in particular do the trick just right.

Not enough staff. Trying to serve to many people at once, drive-thru, skip the dishes,🚶♂️in's, cake pick up's etc. Could use a good cleaning. The Ice-cream Cake was Amazing! Hopefully someone can help these poor employees out 😢 They are absolutely 💯 🏃♂️ off their feet 😳 Good Luck Boyz.

I enjoy coming here but the app sucks. Its my birthday today and the app dont show the free milkshake that the guy in the store tome me it is instead of the blizzard. A bit annoyed as i come here weekly. I think my family and i will be cutting our trips down to once a month now.

Ordered fries and 20 minutes later still no fries. I asked for a return of my money and they said they would cook up another order for me instead. I said no I will take a refund. I did not get a refund as this counter person said we called it out twice. I said the other counter person said it would be brought to my table just like my sundae had been. The guy says we called it at twice. Calling out twice is not the same as we will bring it to your table.
