Ordered fries and 20 minutes later still no fries. I asked for a return of my money and they said they would cook up another order for me instead. I said no I will take a refund. I did not get a refund as this counter person said we called it out twice. I said the other counter person said it would be brought to my table just like my sundae had been. The guy says we called it at twice. Calling out twice is not the same as we will bring it to your table.

Onion rings suck without ketchup. Always just give ketchup with them. But especially when it is specifically asked for.
Edit: This place has really done downhill. I wish they held the same standards that the last owners did. Unfortunately, they do not. Luckily, the last owners held good standing and boosted the 5 star ratings. If it was only the ratings since the new owners took over, it would surely be under 3 stars.

This is a horrible location. My pumpkin pie blizzard was not made properly, they forgot the whip cream and Nutmeg sprinkle , it was half made. They didn't even flip it over when serving it, it was melted from sitting on the counter. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STOP HERE. I waisted my money.

I've stopped into this location a few times in the past year and every time I have been impressed with the disposition of the staff and the quality of the food. It doesn't matter if it's empty or very busy, it seems it takes around the same time for me to order and receive my food. Which is never very long. Also they have really good burgers! The ketchup packs are intimidating though. The location is very clean and I really do think the staff and management do a good job. Thank you!
