100% SATISFIED WITHOUT THE GUILT 🥰 Fast and convenient. Teriyaki Twist was yummy and the custom bowl enjoyable. I chose to have no dressing and it was still tasty because the ingredients were FRESH. I was a little disappointed when I realized the beet was pickled but all together a wise and healthy choice. YES, I WILL COME BACK 👍

Got 2 bowls. Cheddar and chipotle and teriyaki. The chicken was rubbery and non existent. The chipotle was decent. The teriyaki had a weird taste to it. The customer service is what really disappointed me. I asked for quinoa and she said it was too late. She barely understood English and didn’t understand me. There was no cutlery out and she gave us forks while touching them with her bare hands. They are very skimpy with the toppings as well. Stomach hurt after I ate here.

If I could give the bowls I bought 0 stars I would. Bought two pangoa bowls. One with double meat - the meat was non existent. The bowl was 3/4 rice. Avocado was a sliver.. these bowls were so sad. I had to dig for chicken and these 4 pieces were all that were found. Avoid!!!!! The employee was very nice but the only one there and the place is clearly understaffed.
Shame on the owners. Cut labour, cut the amount of food, double the profit.

Usually Love Freshii, Have been to the Barrie location dozens of times. But not ot the Angus location . Maybe they've changed the quantity across the board . First of all. the Bowl was barely half full. The rice was way undercooked. and the rice was at least 2/3 of the bowl. Will never be going back to that location , and if all locations are skimpy like this I'll never be back. no value at all considering 2 bowls is almost $30.

Wildly overpriced for the quantity and quality of food. I thought I'd try eating here a few times to make sure it wasn't just a one-time thing, but after multiple disappointing meals, I swore I'd never come back.
The chicken is dry and the leafy greens are wilted and seem past their expiry.

I decided to pick up Freshii for dinner and I am absolutely disgusted. I should have know something was off from the fact that it took the worker 2 minutes to prepare my bowl, whereas it typically takes well over 5 minutes. The chicken was black and looks like rubber on the inside, as well as the noodles were hard and extremely undercooked…. So disappointed and grossed out.
My second time coming to this location and it will be my last. My most recent visit, the employee messed up my order then asked if it was okay to keep it like that. unfortunately, did not like what she put on it so she had to remake it. when I got home, realize she also missed half of the things I was asking for and missed the sauce which is extremely disappointing. $30 for two bowls and not what we were expecting, if she just would have taken her time and her ear bud out of the ear this probably wouldn't have happened. Will not be retuning to this location again.

My husband and I love Freshii, but we're very disappointed today and will not be returning. We ordered 2 burritos, both of which were incredibly skimpy for the price paid. Mine was given to me as a bowl, and when this was pointed out to the staff that it should be a burrito, I was only told I ordered a bowl and that was that. The bowl itself had barely any sauce and was dry and flavorless. Do not reccomend as value for money.

BEWARE Freshii's NEW shrinkflation menu and pricing! All bowls now come with NO meat. That's right - they're rice & veg bowls only and you have to pay extra for meat. When you order something like a Teriyaki Twiist, it's expected this is chicken or beef teriyaki. But when you get the bowl, it's a sad rice/veg bowl soaked in teriyaki sauce. Lovely.
Edit (20 Oct 2024): Owner replied trying to take the convo offline. Not going to happen and I'll update developments here. Freshii, why don't you value your customer and provide a proper experience instead of shrinkflating and trying to hide it as "choice"?

I love Freshii, so the experience today was unexpectedly disappointing. The most egregious thing was not honoring the posted price for the Children's power bowl. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the staff member, the only one working there today, referred to her inexperience and could not make a correction. And when the bowl came, it was missing the main ingredients (chicken and the sauce). That was corrected when we pointed it out. In addition, the steak in another dish was very dry. This was again unexpected from this great chain. To add insult to injury, the tables were dirty, despite the fact that we were the only ones there and came before the lunch rush.
