I love Freshii, so the experience today was unexpectedly disappointing. The most egregious thing was not honoring the posted price for the Children's power bowl. When we pointed out the discrepancy, the staff member, the only one working there today, referred to her inexperience and could not make a correction. And when the bowl came, it was missing the main ingredients (chicken and the sauce). That was corrected when we pointed it out. In addition, the steak in another dish was very dry. This was again unexpected from this great chain. To add insult to injury, the tables were dirty, despite the fact that we were the only ones there and came before the lunch rush.

first off I'm so upset, I ordered a cob salad, with no corn and balsamic vinaigrette my 1avocado was rotten I had a a hand full of lettuce that was limp, my salad was half i paid 18.06 I gave 20.00 my Chang was 95 cents, so not only I paid to much for this disgusting salad I refuse to eat that's half rotten salad they also ripped me of a buck I will post the pictures on tiktok as well the account is @llolla004 if I can't post them on here, from the freshii in angus Ontario! Never eat there!

I bought a burrito. It was 90% rice. It possibly had 8 black beans, a tiny amount of corn and no cheese. If I hadn't left the store either It I would have asked for another. Definitely would not go back. They are ripping off their customers.

Stopped in for a quick bite.Service and food were great.Employee working was very polite and nice.
EDIT: The store manager contacted me after leaving this review and remediated the situation. He offered me 2 bowls for free as he reviewed the security camera footage and did find there were mistakes in our order. He let me know that the employee that had made the mistakes was placed back into training to ensure it doesn't happen again. He was very kind and worked very quickly to take care of the mistakes made.Really not impressed. Ordered 2 bowls both with falafels, which I paid an extra $5 for. Got home and found the bowls were half the size the should be, missing ingredients and I got 1 falafel in each bowl…. So I paid over $30 for half the amount of food I should have gotten, and when I add up what my total should have been I was overcharged. Normally love freshii but I am really unimpressed with this.

I’ve gone to the angus location several times! I prefer it over any other location and will drive out of my way to get from here vs my local one! The owners and employees are kind, the portions are always large and the best around! They’ve always made my order right and it doesn’t matter if I do an online order or order inside, they’re always quick! You guys deserve 5 stars!
