I have been coming to this Harvey’s location for many years. The food is always good and the service is usually okay, but my last visit was really awesome! The guy in the kitchen, Naresh, handled my food modifications perfectly and did a great job. Excellent hospitality and care. Thank you, Naresh!”

Unfortunately, we had to send back fries, something I never do, because they were completely cold. They replaced the fries but didn't drain the grease. The woman in the kitchen glared at us the entire time we ate. She is angry she didn't do her job properly? I understand why this location has only 4 stars. Avoid.

I was a little taken aback by my first experience here 2 weeks ago. I only ordered a pop and it was warm. I realized they forgot the ice. I drove thru again to inform them and the girl says... no our ice machine in DT is broken. I said ok I would love a refund please. She says no thats ok ill just walk to the ice machine at store front??? Then brings me a proper cold diet coke. A little lazy on their part that I had to drive back for ice.

We were disappointed in our meal here. The food was not hot and it appeared to be made ahead of time and kept warm for serving. The fries and onion rings were the same. The soft drinks were also disgusting, tasted like there was a cleaner fluid still in it? The young lady was very pleasant and efficient.

The food is typically great But the service has been disappointing the past few times we have been to this location. Typically, we get the buffalo chicken poutine and we like to add ranch and pickles on to it. This visit will now be the fourth time going thru the drive thru the Staff have said they’re going to do it. We drive away and it is not done at all. If you are unable add extras would be better to tell the client that you are not able to instead of telling them sure and then not doing it. I get one off but as stated this is the 4th time this has happened. Also in the most recent order the wrap was not wrapped at all and fell apart the second it was brought out or the bag.

Was at the drive thru today at 7:30 pm. I checked the bag and he forgot to give my burger in the bag. Went back in line and got it. Went home and realized they also forgot to give my garden salad. Drove back to the drive thru at 7:45pm and told told her (different employee this time). Then drove up to the pick-up window. At the pickup window I waited 5 minutes…for a garden salad. They prepped drinks for the people behind me first. Bottom level employees. Manager: these employees shouldn't be working there

What an experience! Never been here before, got into the country 2 hours ago, my friend and I didn't know what to get on the go... We came in, didn't know what we were doing and Emma immediately helped, explained everything to us, really gave us the full customer service experience! Couldn't have asked for better! Yesterday afternoon, my partner and I decided to stop by for a quick bite. We were slowly approached (someone had to tell this lady to come help us), not greeted, by a lady with quite a miserable demeanour which whatever, maybe she wasn’t having a good day. That’s fine. However, when I ordered just a bacon and cheese angus, I noticed that it was a cheese burger when she put it on the counter. After speaking up about it she immediately got defensive and had a “you’re wrong, i’m right” attitude about it, which stunned me, expecting customer service-like response but instead was spoken to with such discourteous. After she had charged me the extra $2 for the bacon, with her attitude and the way my food was then handled turned me off from proceeding any further. I then asked for a refund, she instantly got defensive again before turning around to the other lady in the kitchen saying that I wanted a refund and was having a fit. Which was a blatant lie, I just asked for a refund, simple. After my partner and I called her out for her uncalled for behaviour and unsolicited comments, she began to start a one sided argument with us on her behalf before muttering under her breath and disappearing into the back. Leaving my partner and I completely baffled by how she acted. That whole encounter was unprofessional and uncalled for especially when your job is customer service. The other lady however, gave me the refund without hassle and we thanked her before leaving. That other lady though… definitely needs to be spoken to regarding her unprofessional behaviour and learn how to speak and handle customers properly.
