I ordered a buffalo chicken poutine I originally had an issue with it being pooled with so much buffalo sauce you couldn't even make out the gravy and a junior burger that was ice cold I'm almost confident it was still raw inside I had to throw it away and ask for a new one. I was offered to come back for another one and they offered me a chicken sandwhich meal as well I didn't know about until I went back. The buffalo chicken poutine was pooled with buffalo sauce AGAIN. The entire bottom of the container had just a layer of hot just sauce and the chicken was barely coated it was the worst thing I've ever tried to eat i just threw it away this time but thankfully I didn't pay for it this time. The chicken sandwhich they offered me they had to make it with dark meat which was fine except I ended up pulling 3 bones out of my sandwhich and I was sharing bites with my two toddlers. I was fortunate it was me who got the bones and not them.
With that being said I appreciate the manager who tried to make up the first experience and turn it around but the second was just as bad if not worse I decided whats the point? If the location isn't one I'll stop in at again when I'm in the area with my family because one mistake is one thing a second mistake is just one too many for me.

Vegetarian options: Veggie burger is so delicious. Well cooked and awesome taste. I suggest everyone to come on harvey’s and try his food.

Just was a harveys only live less that 5 min away. I watched my food sit for 5 orders before me.chicken sandwich was less than warm .fries where soggy. I should have taken back. Fries awful.had to put chicken in microwave.

One person on cashier and serving orders, very long waiting time. Kids meal has only one flavour of juice and another flavour comes with the additional charge without a notification from the cashier. Kids nuggets overcooked and are 1 inch size.

Harvey's app took my money for the order to pick up Harvey's Angus and the management refused to give me the food or my money because "it was not showing on their end". Managers and Owners claim 0 accountability.
Imagine if that was my last $10 and I needed to wait "business days" to be refunded.
Multi million dollar corporation turns you away and takes your money and refuses to service

Have probably been here 15 times and have never once received what we actually ordered. Always have to wait and pull ahead, and then the fries end up being cold anyway. (Not being mean- I’ve never left a 1 star review before but it’s just… real bad.)
