The person at the counter told me that this Angus Ontario location doesn’t do hot and ready. They should cover all the signs with that advertising.

Came in and of course no hot and ready ever. Said will be 6 mins. No problem come back 15 mins later and no pizza ready. Says it’s in the oven. I’m watching him put it in the oven now and waiting another 10 mins because clearly forgot to order it or give my order to someone else.

Ready made pizzas aren't the best but if you order the deep dish (what their famous for) it's excellent.

I don’t think they ever have hot and readys actually ready. Always 15 min wait. The only good thing about little Cesar’s is the food is ready, quick pick up. Not this one. Mediocre pizza isn’t worth waiting for.

They don't understand what a well done pizza is apparently. Asked for well done and got a pizza less cooked than I would expect a reg pizza to come out looking like. Had to put it in the oven when I got home to cook it myself.
Lady in the pink hair is extremely rude and had terrible customer skills. And seems really bitchy with her own workers. Who ever the owner is I would definitely replace her.

That day was the worst experience we had there. The girl had no desire whatsoever to be there. the whole time, she stared out the windows while we asked her questions.
We ended up leaving, sadly.

I eat there everyday and I Asked for more sauce on my Cinna bits because there wasn’t enough sauce and I understand it happens at times but the person working wouldn’t even put more sauce once I asked and explained !!
