Busy with very slow service. The reason I only visit McD's once a year.

You guys rock! Just came through the drive thru and the girl on headset was such a pleasure. It was so refreshing to get the level of service I received today from everyone there. Best fast food experience I’ve had in years! We barely had time to get to the second window and our food was ready, hot, and delicious. We drove away and my husband said “I feel like I just went through a pit crew!” Kudos to you guys, great teamwork! Keep it up!

Saw one of the employees spit in my burger a few months ago. Had a long chat with the manager, and the only thing she could tell me was that she reviewed the footage and he did not spit. Whereas I saw it right in front of me. Him being intentional. This was a while ago but I only had the chance to write this review now. Save your money and health.

This macdonalds has come along way with service the week day staff are really nice and service is alot better SHOUT OUT to Nicole taking the orders she is fantastic and a pleasure to here her on the screen she really good and goes an extra mile to help out people alway nice to hear her in the mornings taking orders Keep up the good work 👏.

Went in to place an order for 1 coffee. Order was placed at 7:00:15pm. I was waiting there for over 10 minutes for 1 coffee. I went to the counter at 7:11 to see what’s going on with my coffee order and NO ONE insisted to come and help me out. Finally when someone’s order was ready, the csr came to the counter and I asked her if the wait time for a coffee is over 10 minutes. When I showed her the receipt she went to the table nearby to grab my coffee. So all this time I was standing there while my coffee was ready. No sorry no thank you, what a great customer service.

Top notch McDonald's restaurant. Very rare have any issues with orders and staff are always pleasant.

I hate leaving bad reviews but almost everytime I visit this location I'm either double charged or missing items. Tonight I specifically ordered an extra toy so my kids didn't fight, sure enough they forgot it. Last time I was charged twice for my meals. I understand mistakes happen but they shouldn't happen every visit. Please retrain employees to pay more attention that orders are fulfilled correctly. I also asked for lots of mayo since we all use it with our meals and they only put 2 packets in the bag with 3 meals 😒 Also, the burgers were thrown together so sloppy we had to reassemble them, not sure how to include a photo or I would.

13 Nov 24. This morning, while driving thru for coffee, I was asked at the payment window if I would like to round up to support charity, I politely declined, explaining that I had already contributed at multiple places that day. I mentioned that, as a parent of five, I give when I can, but it's not always possible.
The staff member at the payment window responded in a tone I found both rude and unprofessional, stating, "Well, I hope your kids don't end up in the hospital then," before abruptly closing the window. This comment was inappropriate and the tone was disrespectful.
While I appreciate the importance of charitable initiatives, I believe such interactions should be approached with a little more understanding and courtesy because we simply cant donate with every single purchase we make.

For some reason they can’t get a large drive thru order correct. There’s always food missing. Never a mistake of giving extra food, always missing meals in a bigger order…. They should have more care ensuring the customers full order is there….
