Staff allowed 6 grown men to jump the line in front of my daughter and her grandmother, and served them before the two ladies waiting in line. The staff member was to intimidated to stand up for the two waiting thier turn, which is disappointing, even when they spoke up for themselves and then men argued. They left the store without purchase, and we won't be returning.

My fiancé went there this past Friday to get their special. Which was a tuna sub. He’s been incredibly sick to his stomach all weekend with a lot of abdominal pain. He was too sick to celebrate his birthday. Don’t eat there unless you want to get sick.

Food was good, service needs work.There was a large order ahead of me and I waited patiently, however what I don't like is when it was my turn you left to write down whatever you wrote down on like 4, 5 sub bags because you "seen some lady coming" I get she might be a regular but I was there first and I was waiting patiently.I arrived at 645pm for take out and didn't leave until 715pm.Do not prioritize your customers just because she is a regular.

Amber the evening girl makes this the best mr.sub around! Both my husband and I work near 2 different locations in Barrie and we make the drive to this one just for Amber! She’s pleasant, happy and doesn’t seem “forced” to be there like the other locations. We literally will walk out if she isn’t working! Best advice to the owner…. Keep her on. She knows her customers and they know her. She definitely deserves a raise ?

The absolute best place to get a sub!They always pack your sub full and the product is always fresh.I highly recommend the wraps they are always so good.The sauce choices out so any other place!And the staff is super friendly.

I have been enjoying Mr. Sub since I was a teen in Scarborough, but THIS location has the right stuff. The classic assorted is perfect. Really nice employees as well.

Came in and there was two teenage girls working hard as ever. Most fast food places I eat at have lazy teenagers who don’t show any interest in what they do and these two girls had great customer service. I don’t know how they handled the rush of customers so efficiently and still had a good attitude. Definitely recommending this location to everyone!

We just moved to the area and we didn’t know that the places around here are closed on Christmas Day, as in Toronto most restaurants are open. So we placed an order on the website, paid for it and went to pick it up, only to realize the place was closed. Needless to say we were really upset and disappointed. The reason I’m giving this place 5 stars is because the owner is one of the kindest people I have ever had the pleasure of talking with and he submitted the refund to head office and also sent us the order we didn’t get straight to our house, and we are so grateful and happy for the fantastic food and great customer service we have received. Well done guys, you have new loyal customers in the area!

Service is hit or miss. Sometimes it is a great experience other times the employee looks displeased to have to make subs. Either way MUCH better quality than subway. Fresh ingredients and generous toppings.

I've been going to this location for over 12 years and have never had a complaint untill tonight.I've ordered the same order countless times. This young lady tonight may be having a bad day but it is no reason whatsoever to literally throw my sub together, give me half the meat that was suppose to be on the sub. (Even recognized by another customer). Putting sauce on the toppings she put on the paper instead of the sub it self. Amoungst other things that a paying dedicated customer shouldn't have to go through for a simple sub. I was so irritated by her service I left her with the sub and went to subway and will continue to do so from now on. I hope the owner reads this and explains to that specific employee (blonde hair in a single braid) that kind of customer service is not acceptable and should not be tolerated by customers.
