This place has shut down.
We went at 8pm today for a burrito. I ordered a Mucho Burrito since it comes with Guac. When we got to the toppings of my burrito I asked for guac which he replied we have none. Not sure if they actually had no guac which seems weird or he didn't want to open a new one. I would have ordered the smaller one if I had known this. Anyways I added a few more toppings and then asked for cilantro - no cilantro either. I paid and then started driving home. I opened it in my car and it was not folded properly or at all. I had toppings fall all over my jacket and seat because the burrito was wide open. A complete mess, I ate whatever didn't fall in a bowl at home and even that tasted off. Avoid this location.

This location is not managed well, feel bad for staff as there is always only one person working behind the counter and can't keep up especially during peak hours. Any time I've gone in they are always missing a protein or two and toppings well before closing, never seem to be able to get what I initially go in for and takes longer than it should due to short staff. This could be a much better location with better management I'm surprised they have the rating they've got right now.

We were headed to a birthday party last night and grabbed dinner on the way. Unfortunately, the hot sauce was far too spicy on our daughters burrito. She couldn't eat it. We returned today (spicy burritio in hand) to let them know. They kindly replaced it. Thank you for making it right!

I order pretty regularly from this location and normally it’s a wonderful experience. I always order the shrimp burrito but today I received it with the tails still on the shrimp. Needless to say it was quite difficult to eat a BURRITO with shrimp that had tails on them, I’m going to assume this is a one off experience provided the countless other times I’ve gone without any issues. Please use common sense to avoid this mistake in the future. Biting into a burrito into something inedible inside makes for quite an unpleasant experience and required dissecting the burrito.

Steak was in warming container. Tasted more than a day old and dry. Came in at 330 pm. Food prep worker was coughing behind counter. Couldn't finish it had to throw it out. Had a hunch to just turn around after I saw the workers there. Some topping weren't behind glass but underneath stovetop? Odd.

I love Mucho Burrito but as of late I have stopped going to this location. There is only 1 person who works there so if you get a bit of a line its a long wait plus I feel its a lot for one person to prep clean cook and serve so I question if everything is properly sanitized. I have felt ill from one particular visit. The pickled onions are rarely properly made its practically raw red onion. I also go because I love the line of Mucho Burrito hot sauces, this location does not carry them and keep insisting that they are not able to get them but every other location doesnt have a problem providing it which makes me think they are cheaping out to save a buck beacuse its not and extra charge so they dont make money off it, its a Mucho staple and it should be a requirement to keep it stocked! I will say the one employee that works by himself every time I have visited does the best he can, they need to have at least 2 employees working at all time to keep up with house cleaning, prep and cooking to better serve their customers. Its sucks that I will now have to drive to the Barrie location off Mapleview when I'm craving it, they always have at least 2 or 3 people working and always have hot sauce available and actually keep it out by the utensils so you can add more if you like! They know how to run a Mucho there!

It’s Mucho Burrito. Food is mostly consistent. Atmosphere is predictable. Service is atrocious. Save yourself the trip. If you’re in Angus and NEED to eat — starve.

After a very long day, stopped at this store for a bite and was pleasantly surprised by not only how hot and fresh the food was, but how amazing the gentleman who was working the front cash was. It is rare to see such kindness in fast food service these days. This experience brightened my day.
