I walked into this restaurant asking for nothing more than some chicken and a small portion of rice, and I was fully willing to pay whatever it cost. Instead of being served, I was treated with outright disrespect. The service was appalling, unprofessional, and hostile from the start.
The server, Harman, was extremely rude, arrogant, and full of attitude. When I calmly asked for his name after being refused service for no valid reason, his response was aggressive and dismissive — basically “what are you going to do about it?” To make matters worse, he followed me and my friend outside the restaurant and attempted to intimidate us. That behavior is completely unacceptable and crosses a serious line.
This isn’t just bad customer service — it’s dangerous. Someone with this kind of attitude, aggression, and lack of self-control should not be working in hospitality or dealing with the public at all. There was zero professionalism, zero respect, and no attempt to handle the situation maturely. Just ego, hostility, and threatening behavior.
Absolutely unacceptable and embarrassing. I will never return, and I strongly warn others to stay away from this place if they value basic respect and safety. If the owner or someone from head office wants to confirm please go ahead and check the cctv cameras for aggression and you guys will come to know how bad is your staff.

This place never disappoints! The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and made just the way you want it. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, the portions are generous, and everything tastes high quality. What really makes this location stand out, though, is their great staff. Minerva and Matt are absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure customers have a great experience. You can tell they genuinely care about both the food and the people they serve. Thanks to the great atmosphere, excellent service, and delicious meals, this OSMOW’S is easily one of my go-to spots. And don’t forget to check their new renovation!! Highly recommend!👍
