your wraps were too thin, soft, and became super soggy within minutes. It did not hold the wrap in place, and half our wraps contents ended on the table.A complete disaster and dissatisfaction while eating here today.We recall in the past that the wrap itself was thicker and was able to hold its contents.No plates/trays were provided either, I guess they'd rather spend money mopping the floors after customer's wraps explode on the ground.They literally gave us a wrapping paper to use as our tray for dine in upon asking for something..Terrible dining experience this evening.I am very disappointed, and even with the limited eating options in this area, I will not return.

This place has gone down hill.Quality of the beef is the lowest quality, it’s not true Shawarma quality what so ever. Their garlic sauce is more now like a ranch sauce but also even runnier.Worst part. Is every single time the meat portions are different when Ordering the same thing. I have an iron gut but I also now avoid this place, the location in Alliston is ten times better, worth the drive if you need a fix.Edit* awesome response by management in the comments here, I’ll give you guys another shot and perhaps I can then change this comment!
