We ordered our Christmas Eve dinner and everything was perfect. Even though they were extremely busy, we only had to wait an extra 20 minutes and our order was perfect. Highly recommend! Thank you! P.s order the day before during holidays!
Decent Chinese-Canadian food.
Parking: Not a sit down restaurant, although there are a few tables.

Horrible customer service. They gave my order to the wrong customer. Waited an hour before they noticed and had to wait for them remake it. Received horrible food. Will not return.
Moved to Angus 6 mos ago and have been on a quest to find our new fave Chinese takeout and delivery place to replace our years long fave.
This is the only place in town that makes Cantonese chow mein the way we like it. Hard to find good Chinese in the area. We have tried them all including those in Barrie and we will order from Chinese Express from now on.
Portions are good, offering value for $ even in an inflation economy. Flavours on point. Restaurant is clean and tidy. There is a small dine in area and parking is easy right outside. It is a fast food type location however, so don't expect fancy. Most don't eat in, is my guess.
I recommend ordering direct and picking it up yourself to save a few bucks. The apps cost too much and price is about $2 higher per item that way because the restaurant has to pay a cut of what they earn, thru the app, to the app. Picking it up helps them and helps you. Angus is small, it's worth the short drive.
We had Cantonese chow mein, sweet and sour chicken balls, shrimp and broccoli, and dragon and Phoenix which is a tray with one half shrimp and mixed veggies, and other half general tso chicken. I do wish there was an option to just get garlic broccoli or even just plain broccoli.
We will probably ask for a bit less sauce next time but our dinner was tasty and we will be back!

We've been ordering from here since we moved back in 2019. It's my go to place because I prefer their combination options over some other Chinese food restaurants.
The last few times we've ordered here, we've had the same issue as some others have stated. The sesame and general tso chicken are hard, like super hard. It feels like it's been cooked previously and then tossed in the fryer again. The lemon chicken is just big breaded cutlets that are chopped in half.
The rice is always delicious, never disappointed there.

Ordered 3 orders of C5 for my husband's birthday tonight. I was very disappointed by the sesame chicken , it was so hard that we could not chew it. The rice was good and the egg roll was good,. This is the first time that the we experienced this from this restaurant. I DID CALL for order 31 , we had ordered in the past, and they offered a reorder, but thanking them, declined. We may wait awhile before choosing them again.

Was never able to find a Chinese take out as good as one we use to go to as children until Chinese Express came to Angus. They are excellent and very nice people too.

Placed an order for pickup at 430,Said it would be ready for pickup at 5:15pm, no problem, I know the restaurant is typically slow so I gave them another 10 minutes and arrived to find out my order needed yet ANOTHER 10 minutes as it was NOT Ready. It was well over 1 hour for this order. One hour and it was only two C5 combination dinners.Absolutely no perception of time management..That will be the last time I spend money here.
They are famous for not completing orders, once again I paid for items I did not receive and it’s not practical to go back after discovering their error.
