Just want to say that this is probably the worse experience I've had at a restaurant.
If you love your pizza with no sauce or barely any cheese and are ok with spending $20 for baked bread then this place is for you.
If you also like feeling like your concerns aren't valued then I recommend raising a complaint specifically with the manager of this establishment.
When the pizzas my family and I ordered were made terribly compared to the standards of other Pizza Huts I was disappointed. Instead of listening to feedback and trying to make things right the manager just ignored everything and told me to speak to corporate. No apology for the poorly made pizzas.
I will now drive an extra 20km just to get a decent pizza that's not from this place.

Thank you for taking the time to respond, but I’d like to clarify a few points.
First, the large handcrafted pizza is cheaper then the large pan, so the idea that it was “not within my preferred price range” is misleading. The issue wasn’t cost, but that I was told my two mediums would be upgraded to a large, and after waiting 20 minutes, was informed that the employee was new and unable to do what was stated. That’s not a matter of preference, but of communication and consistency.
Second, the fact that so much time was spent reviewing cameras and my Google review history instead of simply focusing on making a quality pizza shows exactly why I was dissatisfied. My main concern was the food quality compared to other Pizza Huts I’ve visited, and how my feedback was dismissed in the moment.
Finally, bringing up my review history in a public response feels unprofessional. This review reflects only my experience at this specific location. In fact, looking at this location’s other reviews, there is a clear pattern of customers also complaining about mediocre pizzas and how stingy you are with the sauce and cheese.
I stand by my original feedback: the food quality and service at this location did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect from Pizza Hut.

Honestly, I’ve tried other pizza places, but Pizza Hut always has that perfect balance of crispy crust, melted cheese, and tasty toppings. I recently visited Pizza Hut and was really impressed. The service was fast and friendly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. The pizza came out hot, fresh, and loaded with toppings—exactly how I like it. The crust was crispy on the outside and soft inside, and the cheese was perfectly melted.
Definitely one of the better pizza experiences I’ve had in a while. Will be coming back soon!

Gets worse every time. Not sure how that happens but it does. The restaurant updated the app saying our pizza was delivered 15 min before it was. Quality is a downward spiral since our first order. Also heaven forbid you go to make your order in store. You can't even hear yourself think over the non-english music blasting. Oh well still waiting for our tow. To get a good restaurant.
We ordered pizza around 920pm, the store is supposed to be open until 10pm. Received a confirmation email and tracking link. The order was supposedly ready approximately 15 minutes later according to our tracking number. My husband showed up at the restraunt around 940pm to find all the lights off, door locked and no staff around. No sign saying they had to close unexpectedly etc, nothin saying 'Sorry, short staffed'. Just closed. But my order went through and somehow we received the confirmation saying it was ready? We called a couple times but obviously, no one was there to answer. I will be calling as soon as your store opens tomorrow.
I fully understand that stuff happens but you should turn off the capability of customers placing orders and at the very least put a sign on the door.
