If I wanted bad attitude and zero effort, I’d just go to Tim Hortons and save a few dollars.
The staff here seemed bothered just by having customers — no greeting, no smile, and definitely no sense of urgency. For a brand that’s built on customer experience, this location completely misses the mark.
Hopefully management steps in, because this store is giving “we’d rather be anywhere else” energy.

I’m really disappointed with this Starbucks location. They consistently make mistakes with drinks, and it feels like they don’t pay attention to the details or instructions on the order. Even when I’ve placed a mobile order in advance, I’ve sometimes had to wait up to 15 minutes just to get it, which defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.
On top of that, the customer service is not what you would expect from Starbucks. Instead of being welcoming and attentive, the staff often seem rushed or disengaged, which is frustrating when you’re already dealing with mistakes on your order.

Told me I can't do a custom order through the drive through and asked me to come inside. 0 idea how this location can operate differently then other locations. So if I ask for light ice do I need to come inside? In theory, I am modifying the order.

Tried calling several times for some information and no answer. I wanted to know how to find and redeem my freebie for my birthday being today but no one picked up. The past 3 times my nephew and I went we had to wait way longer than it should have taken because the girl making our drinks was to busy talking to the only other two people in the store, talking to the other worker and laughing then realized we were waiting for our drinks, and the third time the employee was to busy on her phone to make our drinks right away. Will recommend another Starbucks for everyone I know.

Love love LOVE this Starbucks! The staff are always so friendly and the little notes and drawings on the cup literally MAKE MY DAY! I could be having the worst day and seeing the little handwritten drawings/sayings just puts me in the best mood! Love you guys!
The worst business in Angus, my ham and swiss cheese croissent was over salty, it was the tiniest crossent I’ve ever seen, it was more like half a croissent, when I realised I was missing items, they refused to give me back my money after beig there 3 times first to order, after to request missing items, all through drive through, the third time I went in asked for my money, as they weren’t able to fullfil my order. They ref, I won’t be going to the Angus location ever. They are clueless about business, customer service, and their product isn’t worth the price, the staff is untrained, and unproffessional. They also call the cops on people who demand their money back, for missing items. No to starbucks in Angus for me after 3 attemps at getting my order I still don’t have it, and they kept my money. Starbucks in Angus a Sick bussiness.

The sweetest baristas ever!! I normally grab a latte from here when it’s super early in the morning and I'm half asleep still. The baristas are always so kind and friendly. I normally get a mocha or one of the seasonal drinks and a breakfast sandwich. It always comes out perfect! Their Drive thru is quick too!
