Tried calling several times for some information and no answer. I wanted to know how to find and redeem my freebie for my birthday being today but no one picked up. The past 3 times my nephew and I went we had to wait way longer than it should have taken because the girl making our drinks was to busy talking to the only other two people in the store, talking to the other worker and laughing then realized we were waiting for our drinks, and the third time the employee was to busy on her phone to make our drinks right away. Will recommend another Starbucks for everyone I know.

Love love LOVE this Starbucks! The staff are always so friendly and the little notes and drawings on the cup literally MAKE MY DAY! I could be having the worst day and seeing the little handwritten drawings/sayings just puts me in the best mood! Love you guys!

The worst business in Angus, my ham and swiss cheese croissent was over salty, it was the tiniest crossent I’ve ever seen, it was more like half a croissent, when I realised I was missing items, they refused to give me back my money after beig there 3 times first to order, after to request missing items, all through drive through, the third time I went in asked for my money, as they weren’t able to fullfil my order. They ref, I won’t be going to the Angus location ever. They are clueless about business, customer service, and their product isn’t worth the price, the staff is untrained, and unproffessional. They also call the cops on people who demand their money back, for missing items. No to starbucks in Angus for me after 3 attemps at getting my order I still don’t have it, and they kept my money. Starbucks in Angus a Sick bussiness.

The sweetest baristas ever!! I normally grab a latte from here when it’s super early in the morning and I'm half asleep still. The baristas are always so kind and friendly. I normally get a mocha or one of the seasonal drinks and a breakfast sandwich. It always comes out perfect! Their Drive thru is quick too!

Literally one of the worst Starbucks I’ve been to in terms of upholding quality standards. I made a mobile order of 9 drinks for my family and almost all of them came out wrong - no correct toppings, missing whipped cream on all of the drinks that are supposed to come with whipped cream (reference photo below) and the holiday drinks weren’t even full (especially the venti that is pictured almost half empty). If I’m paying $50 for my order I expect the customizations for each drink to be made correct. I’m a literal partner/employee at another Starbucks and it’s a shame that I know they’re heavily skipping out on quality at this location. The process to get a refund on the order was made so difficult as well.

This is a hidden gem of a Starbucks that is rarely super busy and has the best friendly upbeat staff that bring you joy everyday...with coffeeeee. The food is standard but the service is top notch.
