Tipping has gone crazy!!Was not familiar with the tap system used, I tried to tap and it failed, the girl kept saying “follow the prompt!” After looking I saw it wanted me to leave a tip, frankly I’m not tipping at a drive thru for a coffee. After I paid the girl turned away from me and just stood there staring into space, I was wondering why as she had my coffee in her hand. After 30 to 40 seconds she turned and handed it to me, I realized then that she was making me, and everyone behind me wait because I hadn’t tipped!! Tipping has gone too far!! I won’t go back.

As a loyal customer to this location I’m sad to write this review as I feel this location has gone from a constant 5 star to a 1.The past 3x we’ve ordered our drinks (same order always) have been terrible. Burnt tasting a barely drinkable. What happened? Why the fall from grace?

I'm not one who goes to Starbucks, in fact I feel I am kinda Starbucks dumb but the server was very helpful and patient! Peppermint mocha was delicious and so was the cinnamon coffee cake!

Only complaint I have was that they put the drinks on the tray but never put a sticker over the openings, so they spilled a bit while driving. Otherwise

Don't know who is running this Starbucks... but I can say, If you have a disability of any kind I would avoid this location like the plague.I have been here a few times and have experienced some rude drive thru staff occasionally. Nothing outrageous or worth reporting, just woke up on the wrong side of the bed kinda vibes. Never anything that has put a damper on my day...until now!My friend and I Ordered off the app FOR ACCESSIBLY NEEDS last week, plus I figured it's the same amount of time to make a mobile order than to go up to the speaker. It's faster to just say my name verse my complicated drink. Or you'd think....the drive-thru barista had other opinions and yells at us for ordering via mobile app. Even though it was completely empty, they were not busy and it would have took 5 minutes with possiblity of mistakes on our order verse the app being accurate and easy to understand. The barista yelled at us over the speaker and said how we need to wait 5-10 minutes... Like I said it is actually faster to do this verse us trying to explain what we want, with my reading issues and my friends speech impediment, it would have taken forever and we both have specific modifications on the drinks. Saying our names is much more simple. I have been to stores all across Canada and the US, always ordered off the app and gone into the drive-thru a few moments after sending the order to the store. NEVER have I EVER been told this, nor have I received such an outrageously rude tone/treatment like this.Needless to say I called Starbucks HR to express how unaccessible and to clarify if a new policy has been created. The HR rep said there is no such policy and that it's unreasonable and inappropriate for the barista to have said that to us. The HR rep was super nice and explained that they should not have told us to wait, that Starbucks prides themselves on trying to accommodate all customers as much as possible and try to change things when it is voiced that it needs to be addressed.Funny enough, a few days prior I had ordered off the app while in the drive thru and had a lovely human interaction at this location. Bring that barista back LOL.Tried to call the store to speak to a manager and no one answered. Tried calling again and was told the manager was not in and they hung-up on me when I was going to ask when they would be in. I have yet to get any contact by the store rep/management (probably because they wouldn't allow me to leave a name or number.)

I went through the drive-thru to pick up a mobile order. They told me rudely next time wait 5-10 minutes before going through the drive-thru on mobile orders even though people who order at the drive thru don't. I have a speech impediment so it's easier on everyone that I do it through the app. The app said it would be ready in 3 minutes and in was a frappe so if I waited the 10 minutes it would have been melting. It was also very empty so its not my fault the drive thru was fast.

This place was my hang out spot all summer. Loved the coloring pages and markers they provided and was pleased to see some of my coloring pages made it on the window. The staff is always pleasant and helpful and it's never crowded so you can easily find a seat inside or outside on the patio to chill.

I went in with a very specific drink requirement as I can't have sugary drinks. I ordered a mango dragonfruit refresher made with water. I watched the girl make it... with lemonade. When asked if it was made with water, she responded yes. As I left the store, I tasted it: made with lemonade. Why lie straight to my face?I will not be visiting this location again... I'd rather drive to Alliston or Barrie.

Went through the drive through, ordered a coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. They didn't bother putting the cream cheese themselves. They just packed two packets with no knife. How do you expect someone to to make there own bagel driving to work? Coffee also tasted weird. Go to
