Today at 11:45 am went to get my usual. There was a younger lady ahead of me getting a lunch order of about 5 subs. I got to the checkout first and paid. He passed me the sub...I asked him if he was sure that one was mine. He assured me it was. Left with it. Drive 30 minutes home to eat it and find out the sub I got was not what I ordered. So I guess they got 2 customers not happy with them so far today.

So my husband just picked my order fir a footlong blt, and order for potato rings. Pretty easy, right. They refused to give tohe potato rings and my blt did nit get tomato or lettuce. My husband was so clear!!! Horrible service. I can appreciate diverse cultures, but if you can't understand or speak English, please, please learn the language. Thus was the most disappointing sub of my life. Im so sad right now!!!

I always get a sub from subway because the food is good HOWEVER workers needs to put more toping on when asked for extra toppings I had asked for extra cucumbers and they gave me 4 cucumbers everything else is fine but just the consistency of how much toppings you get needs to be changeds

I was coming back towards the city from muskoka and was hung over. I needed a sub in my life. Bam. This location was there for me. It was a delicious sub. I even had a little bag of chips and the guy behind the counter said it was fine if I started eating the chips before I paid. Great guy.
